IRCC Safe Return to Office Launches iCent’s
“Reserve It”

When Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada
(IRCC) offices needed to re-open, the iCent team got
to work in short order to support the launch of a new
“Reserve It” tool.
“Reserve it” is iCent’s Workplace Management System,
allowing staff to book office and desk space within
COVID safe limit parameters, and includes screening
forms, protocol checklists /acknowledgements and
verification screens which can be viewed upon
entering a building.
Room amenities are also listed, giving details and
options for photos of the space.
