Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is a sanctuary of supreme relaxation
integrated with nature. This resort offers 51 ultra-luxurious
suites nestled throughout the beautifully-manicured gardens,
three gourmet a la carte restaurants, including Amaya, which
serves international cuisine with a Dominican twist, Indigo

Restaurant serving delectable light Caribbean Grill at its
stunning beachfront location and a European Fusion Restaurant,

Fork, which boasts a premium wine cellar with a collection of
rare vintage wines. The resort also features a luxurious spa filled
with Natura Bisse products and an extensive menu of unique and
indigenous body treatments. A full-service fitness center, salon

and meeting facilities are also available to guests.

This package is in addition to Endless Privileges® and is complimentary when booking eight rooms for a
minimum of three nights each. The complimentary wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing
other packages or combined with The Art of Romance Honeymoon package to receive both complimentary.
All taxes and gratuities are included. Price and package are subject to change without notice. Restrictions/
exclusions may apply. All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of
the wedding date, unless approved by the wedding coordinator at the resort. Subject to availability & double
occupancy only. This package also applies for a vow renewal ceremony. Surcharges may apply for minister
and legal services. If room requirements are not met, items from the package can be purchased at a la carte
pricing provided by the resort

Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee.
For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the
penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100.

Package is available for the beach or garden location. Other locations require an additional fee.

*Due to a government surcharge, a $540 USD fee is required for judge services and a $550 USD fee is required
for minister/priest services. Please advise the wedding coordinator if you would like to include legal or
religious services in your ceremony and all arrangements will be made accordingly.

**2017:/2018 This package is in addition to Endless Privileges® and is complimentary when booking ten

The Art of Love Wedding Package

This package is complimentary with a seven night stay in a Carib Suite or higher. This package is based on
double occupancy also applies for anniversaries. The Gift of Love Wedding Package and the Art of Romance
Honeymoon Package cannot be combined to receive both complimentary, nor can the spa discount be
combined with other spa promotions or offers. Package and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Legal Requirements

***The Resort reserves the Right to celebrate the wedding if the legal documents are incorrect and not accepted by the judge due to not
following the correct procedures to arrange the legal requirements***.
WEDDING REQUIREMENTS TO GET LEGALLY MARRIED IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Documentation required by the Dominican Law in order to get married in the Dominican Republic.
Civil Wedding:
• Birth Certificate of bride and groom. If parents’ names are not shown on the certificates, please indicate them separately for us.
• Declaration of single status, Bride and Groom, notarized. If previously married, please submit two copies of divorce decree or death certificate.

There is a mandatory waiting period, for women, of ten (10) months before re-marrying.
• A photocopy of bride’s and groom’s passport (or document used to enter the DR).
• Passport photocopies of the witnesses who can’t be family members (if they do not have witnesses, the hotel will provide them)
• Bride and Groom need to be in the country for 3 business days before the wedding
• All documents must be apostilled.
• This must be in English and Spanish.

Note: All these documents must be translated and legalized by the Dominican Consulate before arriving to the Dominican Republic, except the
passports.
**The Dominican Republic and the U.S.A. are members of the La Hague Convention, please have your official documents apostilled by your Secretary
of State Office.
Obtaining an apostille is simple and fast, an apostille is an authentication issued on official documents in order to ensure their international
validity. It is an attachment to the document.

THE APOSTILLE ON YOUR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS IS MANDATORY FOR YOUR WEDDING IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
ALL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE APOSTILLED BY YOUR SECRETARY OF STATE, INCLUDING THE NOTARY’S SIGNATURE ON YOUR
