Dreams Wedding in Paradise Package 2017/2018 Selling Price $999 USD or Complimentary

This package is complimentary when booking at least 7 nights in the Restrictions/exclusions: All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of
Honeymoon Suite or higher or if 5 rooms, any category, are booked 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy

This package is complimentary when booking the Honeymoon
Suite or higher for a minimum of 7 nights.

Free Anniversary Nights are valid on all qualifying new wedding

Waterford Truly Yours Champagne Flute Pair

The Waterford Yours Truly Champagne Flute Pair (please request
through the website after the wedding).
Consumers who purchase the Dreams of Love and Ultimate
Wedding Package qualify to receive a pair of Your Truly champagne
flutes.
Upon returning home from their wedding at Dreams Resorts &
Spas, the bride and groom will upload the required information
about their stay for validation. Once all travel, minimum nights and
resort stays are validated, the information will be submitted for
processing.
Full name, resort of stay, date of travel and complete shipping
address must be submitted to qualify.
Please allow a minimum of four weeks from the date of submission
to receive the champagne flutes. Champagne flutes are not
redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be applied to

Types of Ceremonies

Legal Ceremony

For a ceremony to be legal in Mexico it is required to be in Spanish and
we therefore provide you with simultaneous translation at the moment
of the ceremony. There are certain requirements and paper work needed
for this type of wedding which needs to be sent prior to your arrival to
Los Cabos and for us to be able to send your marriage application to the
Civil Court in Los Cabos:

• Copy of Photo ID from bridal couple

• Copy of birth certificates from bridal couple

• 4 witnesses and Copy of their photo ID Symbolic Ceremony

• Documentation for legal ceremonies (document to be provided by This type of ceremony is performed in English by a minister. There is no

Wedding Policies

Please make sure to provide your wedding coordinator with all the
wedding details the latest one month before the wedding.

Wedding Ceremonies are usually held 1and a half to 2 hrs before sunset
to ensure there is enough light for your sunset pictures, please ask your
wedding coordinator when would the best time be, depending on the
season.

For the external events the music curfew is at 10 :30 pm. If you wish to
continue the event please ask your wedding coordinator for the different
options.

Wedding Group’s Dining, Please note that we are not able to make
reservations at any of our restaurants for groups wanting to dine at
the same time. For more than 10 guests different policies will apply.

For Dinner Menus: confirming and be aware that this will incur an additional fee of $200.

You are requested to have one set menu for a plated dinner, but Room deliveries: If you are bringing welcome bags for your guests,
in case that it will be necessary we are able to have up to 3 main we can gladly accommodate those in the suites; for this there is a fee

services to meet every couple’s desires. $550

CEREMONY REHEARSAL

Please let your wedding coordinator know if you would like arrange
a ceremony rehearsal with your bridal party. Rehearsals can be
scheduled before 3PM and are based on availability.

REHEARSAL DINNER

Please also let your coordinator know if you plan to have a group
rehearsal dinner. Options include:

A semi-private event at one of our restaurants. Due to the size of
our restaurants, we’ll be able to accommodate groups of up to 30
guests (or 50 maximum at our buffet restaurant). Groups will be
received only at the fist seating which is 6:00 pm and depending
on the size of the group, a pre-set menu may be required. A fee of
$20.00 per person will apply.

Payment Policy

Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested wedding date.
Deposit requirements vary based on wedding package purchased.
Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the Wedding in Paradise
Package; a deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the Love or Ultimate
Wedding Package. This deposit can then be applied toward ceremony
and/or reception upgrades which have been purchased in addition to
the wedding package.

If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony
and/or reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward
any room charges upon check out, including but not limited to phone
charges, spa treatments and logo shop purchases. Any remaining
credit balance will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the
confirmed date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within
six months, the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty.
If the wedding is canceled, but the couple still travels as planned, the
deposit can then be applied toward any additional room charges made
during their stay.

Payment Options
The entire payment must be paid in full two days prior to the wedding,
after the first meeting with the wedding coordinator. The final
wedding payment must be paid with traveler’s checks or credit card.

marriage. The Dreams Los Cabos Wedding Coordinator must receive
the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the
Civil Registry Office.
