Free Anniversary Nights **

Stay a minimum of 7-nights with your qualifying wedding or honeymoon

toward your return stay over your first anniversary!
Free Anniversary Nights are valid on all qualifying new wedding
or honeymoon reservations made at any of the Dreams Resorts
& Spas with a 7-night minimum stay. The couple will receive the

WaterfordTrulyYours Champagne Flute Pair

The Waterford Yours Truly Champagne Flute Pair (please request
through the website after the wedding).
Consumers who purchase the Dreams of Love and Ultimate
Wedding Package qualify to receive a pair of Your Truly champagne
flutes.
Upon returning home from their wedding at Dreams Resorts &
Spas, the bride and groom will upload the required information
about their stay for validation. Once all travel, minimum nights and
resort stays are validated, the information will be submitted for
processing.
Full name, resort of stay, date of travel and complete shipping
address must be submitted to qualify.
Please allow a minimum of four weeks from the date of submission
to receive the champagne flutes. Champagne flutes are not
redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be applied to
an alternate reservation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Broadcast starts 10 minuts prior to the scheduled time. Video transmission
quality depends on available internet connection in each wedding
location.

There is a 10-15 second delay.

After the hour of transmission the operator will do a signal, from
that signal after 10 minutes extra hour fee will apply. 1 or 2 minutes
transmission interruptions may occur depending on available internet
connection.

In case of not being able to perform the live transmission due to technical
issues beyond our control, the video will be online 12-24 hours later.

Shipping Procedures

Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort & Spa highly recommends that all
additional decorations and/or favors be brought with the couple on
the plane. If it is necessary to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we
suggest using either FEDEX or UPS and shipping everything a month
and a half in advance to ensure all boxes clear customs and arrive to
the resort on time.

• Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are
not permitted to enter Mexico.

• Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you
will be arriving.

Dreams Playa Mujeres offers a delivery service for gifts. There will be a
fee of $4 USD per room. A complete list of all guests along with room
numbers is required.

Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the
wedding coordinator with the following information to allow us to track
the packages:

• Bride’s name • Tracking number
• Shipping company • Number of boxes

Policy on Damages and Losses

The property does not assume responsibility for any items, personal
or professional, brought onto the resort prior to, during or after the
wedding event. These include, but are not limited to, floral arrangements,
decorations or equipment. The wedding couple is responsible for all
non resort guests while they are on property attending the event.

Payment Policy

Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested wedding date.
Deposit requirements vary based on wedding package purchased.
Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the Wedding in Paradise
Package; a deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the Love or Ultimate
Wedding Package. This deposit can then be applied toward ceremony
and/or reception upgrades which have been purchased in addition to
the wedding package.

If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony
and or reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward
any room charges upon check out, including but not limited to phone
charges, spa treatments and logo shop purchases. Any remaining
credit balance will be refunded in the form of the original payment.

Cancellation Policy:
The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the
confirmed date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within
six months, the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty. If
the wedding is canceled, but the couple still travels as planned, the
deposit can then be applied toward any additional room charges
made during their stay.

Payment Options
The entire payment must be paid in full two days prior to the
wedding, after the first meeting with the wedding coordinator. The
final wedding payment must be paid with traveler checks or credit
card.

• Payments with traveler checks (American Express) require a passport.
• The following credit cards will be accepted: Visa, Mastercard

or American Express.
• Personal checks will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Legal Requirements

The following list of legal requirements is needed for legal marriage.
The Dreams Playa Mujeres Wedding Planner must receive the
following documents to begin the application for marriage in the
Civil Registry Office.

Requirements:

• Bride, Groom & Witnesses must arrive in Cancun 4 business days
prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays do not
count). Symbolic and non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for
arrival date. Please speak with the wedding coordinator to discuss
requirements.

• Tourist Card (Receive these upon arrival at Cancun International
Airport).

• Valid Passports • 4 Witnesses with valid passport & tourist card. The names, addresses,
