An avid tennis player whose teams have reached the national championships three
times, Lora also loves to spend time with family and friends. She’s an Associate Broker
and member of the National Association of Realtors. All these relationships, resources,

Kathy Umbarger

Kathy is born and raised in Michigan but has lived around the world including Australia and
Germany. Over the years, Kathy has worked as a customer service representative, bookkeeper,
organized trade shows and traveled extensively calling on multi-million-dollar national accounts.
Over time she moved into management when she decided to step back to raise her children.
She resides in Birmingham where she has headed and served on many committees in the
Birmingham schools over the last 20 years.

Kathy is a licensed realtor and has been in the real estate business for the last six years helping
to build the Lora K Collaboration. Kathy works as the office manager and administrative
assistant to Lora Kazanjian. Her duties include managing all information flow between title
companies, lenders, cooperative agents and clients on deals, listings and closings. She oversees
the marketing and general office day to day operations.

Mary Pilibosian

Mary is an Oakland University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She competed
as part of their Division 1 Varsity Swim program, helping lead the women’s team to their 25th
consecutive conference championship while taking part in Oakland University Student Athlete
Advisory Committee as their Community Service Chair. Mary is a licensed realtor and is currently
working toward a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing.

Mary is the Marketing and Brand Coordinator for Lora K. Collaboration. She handles all online
presence, marketing and branding. Her strong communication skills, determination and hard
work ethic make an incredible asset to the team.
