Umbrella PAYE

Ideal for all Contractors/Temporary workers whether
first timers or experienced, who do not have/want self-
employed status. The Contractor has ‘Employed’ status
which means they will be directly employed by Futurelink
Umbrella Ltd and have access to the same rights and
benefits as traditional PAYE employees.

This solution provides all the benefits of Umbrella PAYE
but without expenses.

However, we do offer a Mileage Only option if your
Contractors qualify to be classed as mobile workers.

service we will undertake a regular ‘status reviews’ of all
your workers, free of charge. By contracting with Futurelink
Group you are appointing us to engage Subcontractors on
your behalf, eliminating the risk of liability for NI, Holiday
pay, SSP, SMP, SPP and any potential or associated fines
for Subcontractor underpayments. Our contracts inlcude
client indemnification for Subcontractors that are paid via
Futurelink Group.
This solution is ideal to use with any Subcontractors that
you would normally pay directly on a regular basis, but
without all the risks.

CIS / CIS Umbrella PAYE

Futurelink CIS (trading name of Team Construction Ltd)
has specialised in providing CIS payroll for over 16 years
and holds ‘Gross Status’.

By contracting with Futurelink CIS you are appointing
us to engage Subcontractors on your behalf, eliminating
the risk of liability for NI, Holiday pay, SSP, SMP, SPP
and any potential or associated fines for Subcontractor
underpayments. Our subcontractor agreement includes a
client indemnification for Subcontractors that are paid via
Futurelink CIS. All statutory reporting requirements are
undertaken by us.

This solution is ideal to use with any Subcontractors that
you would normally pay directly on a regular basis, but
without all the risks.

Futurelink CIS Umbrella PAYE is ideal for workers in the
construction industry that do not have a self-employed
status with HMRC and fall under Supervision, Direction or
Control (SDC).

PSC Solution

Our Personal Service Company (PSC) package is a simple
and easy to use payroll service for Sole Traders and Self-
Employed individuals who need to be paid via a limited
company. This solution is suitable for contractors who
earn at least £10 per hour, £400 per week or £19,200 per
annum. The sign up process is quick and efficient and can
be completed in less than 24 hours, without set up fees
or tie-in periods. We carry out IR35 contract reviews and
assessments.
