The best confirmation is in the Engulfing Candle Body For example, In Lower TF, price made snrc2 setup In Higher TF, price made Engulfing Candle Let’s check it out..
But, the confirmation is not only in the form of engulfing. Confirmation can also be in the body candle, as long as the price does not touch the "end of the trend" because it will be more high risk The thing is, please always keep switching timeframe to look for a confirmation if you found a setup.
For me, setups are the chances for us to take position in the market with more precise and safe. With setups, we don’t entry blindly. Setups also are part of the plan. Big Player’s plan. Whether you win, or you lose.
Hybrid Setup 1 is a ‘hint’ to traders that this setup is valid or not through the price touch in Danger Zone. If the price has touched Danger Zone, this setup is invalid. And if this setup has not touched Danger Zone, this price is still valid. But be careful, hybrid setup 1 is in reversal category. It means, this setup is High Risk
1. Price reverse indicates that the trend is over 2. Price retest at RBR / DBD / QMR 3. Make sure after the price reverse, it doesn't touch the Danger Zone
Hybrid 1 is not my favorite setup because it is very High Risk and this setup is also frequently used by most traders. Therefore, I always "FAST" Hybrid 1 setup to avoid my equity being exposed to very high risk.
Hybrid 2 is a "twin" to the Hybrid 1 setup. But, there are a few differences in the Hybrid 2 setup. It is in addition to trendline / confluence and multi time frame analysis Let's see what the Hybrid 2 formula is
1. Price reverse indicates the trend is over 2. There are parallel trendlines / confluences 1 and 2. Make sure the second trendline breaks the previous trend. 3. Switch to a larger TF to see if there is engulfing or candle reversal 4. Entry in the third trendline.
SNRC1 means SnR Continuation 1 This setup is very simple and it occurs only in continuation trend. Now let’s check it out the formula
1. Entry Point of RBR/ DBD 2. Strong Support or Resistance 3. Confirmation = Switch to Higher TF, look for Engulf or Body candle that didn’t touch any danger zone yet That’s it!
