We care about the planet we live on. Each year, we find more and
more ways to reduce our paper consumption. By expanding our online
ordering system, we’ve reduced the number of flyers that need to be
printed and sent home to families.

printing to delivery, we know how important things like principals’

Make custom groups

Make and edit your own groups, transfer students from one group to
another or change a responsible teacher. Make groups for things like

field trips, emergency sweep teams, clubs, lunch schedules, etc.

Easy to manage classes

See all students by class, teacher, and/or grade, modify class groups
and view multiple classes at once. Perfect for creating rosters for things

like attendance, field trips and more!

2. Design document:

Either use one of our variety of pre-designed templates or create your
own using our menu of backgrounds, seals, and more. We also offer
custom document styles for things like class bucks or principal albums.

3. Print:

You can print your finished certificates yourself, or have us print and
deliver them to you within 5 business days.

Fun Idea: Class Bucks

Make custom “money” awards for things like helping other students or
reading books. Students can save their “bucks” and cash them in for

prizes from the teacher!

Fun Idea: Holiday Greetings

Teachers can create special personalized holiday greeting “certificates”
and send them home with students. These could include best wishes as

well as reminders to do homework over a break.

Fun Idea: Parent Forms

Create personalized documents that automatically populate with student
info for things like field trip release forms. Include the student’s photo to

help grab parents’ attention-- get forms returned faster!



School IDs

1. Select student(s):

Pick which individual(s) you’d like to make IDs for. You can sort and
select by teacher, class, grade, group etc. Each ID card will
populate with that person’s information automatically!

2. Select ID:

Choose from a collection of ID card formats made specifically for your
school. For example, AV Club, Student ID, Staff ID, Volunteer ID, etc.

3. Print:

If you have an ID card printer, you can print the IDs yourself, or have us
print and deliver them to you within 5 business days.



Communication

Works in conjunction with the app

Any news or events created in AcadeMap are visible to users
connected to your school in the app. When creating a news or event

post, you have the option to send a notification to users’ phones.

Send news & events

Create news and event posts for specific groups or the whole school at
once. Useful for scheduling staff meetings and notifying all staff

members in a group or sending out homework reminders to parents.

Use for emergencies

In an emergency situation, you need to be able to communicate with
staff and parents rapidly and efficiently. Sending an Emergency Alert

notifies all app users of an incoming alert message.

Use The Online Suite For...

Field Trips

Color Groups

Create individual groups for a field trip depending on which TA a group
is with, and name it a color-- i.e. “Museum Blue Group”. TAs can then
use the suite to see which student belongs in which group, making it

much easier to keep everyone together.

Safety IDs from Parents

Require parents to create and share their kids’ Safety IDs with the
teachers and assistants on the field trip, making sure all important info

for each child is kept on hand in case of emergency.

Communicate During Trip

Teachers can use the News & Events feature to send notifications to all
parents, assistants, and TAs on a field trip to coordinate meeting places

throughout the day.

Communicate With Your PTA

Include all PTA members in a PTA group in order to send them
information and events; things like meetings or requests for info and

help at the school.

Guest Badges

Create badges for all campus guests on-the spot. Add a guest to the di-

their photo for them to wear on campus.

Coordinate Volunteers

Keep track of who is volunteering for what by having volunteer groups in
