Bravely Default Error

I've been experiencing this error on my retail copy of Bravely Default: "An error has occurred
forcing sortware to restart.."

This problem has been occurring even when I was just playing the demo. I never thought
that the full version of the game would have this error too

Its been bothering me because it occurrs every 10-15 minutes or so. Countless battles have
been wasted and this has caused me to stop playing it for a while.
I tried reformatting my SDHC card but the error persists. Could it be due to a problem with
the retail copy of the game that I bought? or is the error within my system? I have other
retail copy of games such as Fire emblem: Awakening, Pokemon Y, and Monster hunter 3
ultimate and its only on Bravely Default that this error is occuring. I would really appreciate
if I could get some answers, and if possible, any solution to this because I really love the
game.

Since there is some game cross over from the demo to be used in the full version, it is
possible that the Bravely Default demo may actually cause problems with the full version, so
perhaps it might be worth checking to see if you can use the "Repair Software" option on the
demo or whether it's just for full version digital download video games.

So try heading to your 3DS eShop, then scroll over to the far left where your "Settings/Other" is and click

on it.

Then scroll down and click on "Your Downloads".

Now scroll down to where you will find your copy of Scribblenauts Unlimited listed there and
click on "Software Info".

Almost there, now click on "More Details" and at the very bottom of the page is the "Repair
Software" option.

But if you cannot use the Repair Software option or that it didn't fix the problem, perhaps it would be best to
give a call to Nintendo's 1-800-255-3700 (6 am ~ 7 pm Pacific, everyday) Customer Service number, or use

their webform to contact them, and one of the service representatives will be able to determine if there is

anything you can do at home to correct this, or if your 3DS/XL/2DS may need some sort of repair.

I have already deleted the demo, along with the save file that it had. So with that said and
done already, should I still try to do the said method above?
Here's the troubleshooting that I did yesterday:

1. I copied my files to the pc (for backup) then proceeded to reformat my SDHC card using
the SDFormatter. Afterwards, I placed the files back to the newly reformatted SDHC card.
Did it fix the error? Sadly, NO.

2. I removed the SD card and then played the game without it. At first, I was surprised that
the error didn't appear for an hour or so.. but then, BAM! error again and it was forced to do
a system restart (as usual..)

So, with that, I came to a conclusion already that the problem may lie within the game
cartridge itself. Why? because I have other game cartridges (some are even 2nd handly
bought) that works perfectly without any sort of error.

If deleting the demo didn't help correct the freezing problem, it's unlikely that re-downloading
it again to try the software repair will do anything, but at this point there really isn't much to
lose and might be worth trying since this started before you purchased the full version.

But if still no luck, it might be a defective cartridge and hopefully you might know someone
who also has a copy of the game and you could try it on your 3DS to see if the same
freezing problems occur.

Or perhaps try your copy of Bravely Default on another 3DS and that might also tell you if it's
the cartridge or some problem with your 3DS.
