Conveniently located in the lobby with internet access, copy services
and other computer related business services, open 24 hours a day and
available to all hotel guests. There is no cost for these services.

Coffee Service
Coffee is available in the lobby from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Continental Breakfast
We offer a Continental hot breakfast buffet at additional charge from 6:30am
to 9:30am, Mon-Fri, and from 7:30am to 10:30am Saturday & Sunday in the
Cafe. Please contact front desk for pricing details.

We accept American Express, JCB, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Conference/Catering Service
For a private meeting or a special party a meeting room is available and can
accommodate up to 200 people. The front desk will be happy to help you
schedule a meeting or cater a luncheon or dinner from local restaurants.

Cribs
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request through the front desk.
(First come, first served basis)

Children
Children 14 years of age & under, stay free in the same room as parent(s). No
additional bedding required.

Dry Cleaning and Guest Laundry
For your convenience, a laundry bag and dry cleaning list are provided in
each room. Guest Laundry is located on the pool level (North Wing) by the
elevator and open 24 hours. No dry cleaning service on Sat., Sun. or holidays.
Same day dry cleaning service if articles are received at the front desk by
8:00 am.

Fitness Center
Our 24 hour fitness center is equipped for your fitness needs. It is available to
all hotel guests. Located across from the elevator on pool level (North Wing).

Housekeeping
Dial 0 for our housekeeping department for early room make up service,
extra linens, towels or blankets.

Swimming Pool
Children under 16 must be accompanied by guardian. No glass on premises.
Swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Hours are 9:00am to
11:00pm (May 1st – Sept. 30th).

Safety & Security

Your safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost concern to those
of us who welcome you as our guest. We urge you to take advantage of the following.

Double Locks & Chains: For additional security, utilize the deadbolt lock provided on
your door upon entering. This will prevent the door from being opened by a regular room
key. As an additional precaution, please secure any additional locking devices.

Admittance: Do not admit persons to your room without first making identification. If
there is any doubt about the person’s true identity, please contact the Front Desk.

Keys: Safeguard your key. Be sure to leave it with the cashier upon departure. Do not
leave it in your room or in the door. Do not give your key to others.

Automobiles: Ensure that your car is locked, and do not leave items of value visible in
your car. Please register your vehicles at the Front Desk.

Reporting: Please report any suspicious activity or malfunctioning locks or security
equipment to management.

Fire Safety

Use Stairway for Exit
Do Not Use Elevator

FOR FIRE INSIDE YOUR ROOM:

A. Call the Fire Department, “911”
1. Tell them your EXACT location
2. Explain what is burning.

B. Then Call the Hotel Operator, “0”
C. If you cannot extinguish the fire safely, evacuate the area
D. Walk. Do not run, to the nearest stairway Exit

FOR FIRE OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM:

A. Feel the door, if it is hot, do not open.
1. Call Fire Department, then call the Hotel Operator.
2. Wedge cloth material along bottom of door to keep out smoke.

B. If the door is not hot:
1. Stand behind the door.
2. Open the door cautiously.
3. Be ready to close the door fast.

C. Walk. Do not run, to the nearest stairway Exit
1. Alert others in area and activate fire alarms.
2. If smoke is present - keep low.
3. Walk up only if downward movement is unsafe.

D. Take your room key/card.
