Allison Miller is the Frisco ISD director of
community relations. She connects with
community members to engage them
with the district, bring in volunteers and

Mrs. Miller is part of the Frisco Chamber
of Commerce International Business
Committee, the Rotary Club of Frisco, the
Mayor’s Youth Council, the Leadership
Frisco Advisory Council and the Frisco
Giving Tree. She is also the director of the

Grilled Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers

JERK MARINADE INGREDIENTS: SKEWER INGREDIENTS:
1 jalapeno 1 pound shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. ginger (grated) (peeled and de-veined)
2 green onions 1/2 c. jerk marinade
1 Tbsp. thyme (chopped) 2 slices pineapple
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon (cut into ½-inch pieces)
