I, Nur Alya Najihah Binti Johari, am writing this letter to your company for a human resource
executive position at your esteemed company.

I graduated from Kolej Professional MARA Ayer Molek with a Diploma in English
Communication with a CGPA 3.85. I think I am the perfect candidate for this position due to
skills that I have that I can apply in this position. I believe that I can maintain the staff’s
record due to the similar experience that I had when I was the leader of lower brass section
of my orchestra band. As the leader, I had to take care of other instrument’s well being even
the ones that I did not play, this shows that I can manage other staffs’ matters even though it
is going to be a new experience to me. Besides that, I can also help managing employee
relation matters like employee disciplinary action as I used to be a prefect when I was in
primary school.

The reason I want to acquire this position in your company is because of the benefit that I
will get from this career such as is fair work life balance. In my opinion, this is very important
to me as to have an excellent performance in my career, I need to have a balanced and non-
stress life and most companies cannot promise this kind of benefit towards their employees.
