Dear Boston Jr. Terrier Parents,
Congratulations on your child being selected for the Boston Junior Terriers Program. As a member of the
Junior Terriers organization you will have special access to custom equipment and apparel in partnership
with Bauer Hockey and Team Performance Sportswear.
TPS understands ice hockey is very demanding financially. Our goal is to offer programs for organizations
that can help families purchase equipment and apparel for a reasonable cost while also giving the
members of its organization a unified and distinct look.
Four exclusive fitting days have been set up throughout the month of April to provide you with access to
these savings. Bauer and TPS’s highly educated and knowledgeable staff will come on site to the
designated fitting locations and give each player the opportunity to be individually sized and fitted for
equipment and apparel. Sizing samples of all apparel and equipment will be on-hand for players to
touch, feel and try before they buy.
For those families that participated in last year’s apparel and equipment fitting process we assure you
that we have taken numerous preventive measures to make sure that what took place last year does not
happen again, under any circumstances. We now have an entirely new division, Team Performance
Sportswear, with a dedicated full time manager and staff focused solely on team sales. John Sullivan,
Director of Team Sales at TPS, has met with Bauer extensively to plan and ensure that delivery times will
be accurate this year. Furthermore, we have made a substantial financial investment in having select
products available on the day of the fittings ensuring you the opportunity to receive apparel and
equipment well in advance to the start of the season.

I.) Team Performance Sportswear - Who We Are?

Team Performance Sportswear (TPS) specializes in the sale of team goods which includes equipment and apparel
for the sport of ice hockey. TPS is a new division of Arrow Hockey & Sport Corp which focuses on distribution of
wholesale hockey and figure skating equipment to pro shops, skating shops, hockey rinks and sporting goods stores
throughout the United States.

Team Performance Sportswear was founded to allow hockey organizations and teams simple and easy one stop
shopping. TPS offers a variety of different products that can suit an organization’s entire needs ranging from warm-
up suits to custom gloves, helmets to hooded sweatshirts, and everything in between. With our knowledgeable
staff and strong relationship with manufacturers such as Bauer, Warrior, CCM |Reebok and SP we set the
precedent for team sales within New England and beyond. We have worked extensively with youth organizations,
junior programs, high schools and colleges and continue to set the standard for availability and customer service.

II.) Boston Junior Terriers - 2014-15 Equipment and Apparel Offering:

TPS understands ice hockey is very demanding financially. Our goal as a company is to offer programs for
organizations that can help families purchase equipment and apparel for a reasonable cost while also giving the
members of its organization a unified and distinct look. All packages are tailored specifically towards an
organization’s needs to make the equipment and apparel order process easy.

Team Performance Sportswear offers special fitting days that allows all members of the Boston Jr. Terriers
organization to purchase team specific equipment at a discounted rate. Bauer and TPS’s highly educated and
knowledgeable staff will be on site at the following times:

• Saturday, April 12th - Canton Sportsplex - 10:00am to 1:00pm
• Tuesday, April 15th - Mark Bavis Ice Arena - 4:30pm to 7:30pm
• Thursday, April 17th - Canton Sportsplex - 4:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday, April 19th - Mark Bavis Ice Arena - 10:00am to 1:00pm

At the fittings each player will have the opportunity to be individually sized and fitted for equipment and apparel.
Sizing samples of all apparel and equipment will be on-hand for players to touch, feel and try before they buy.

All purchases made on the select fitting days will be compiled with guaranteed delivery by TPS on August 15, 2014
at the same location of the fitting. All apparel sold at the fittings will be available to purchase throughout the
season on an online custom shopping cart page on the TPS website (www.tpsportswear.com) but at a higher price
and a delivery date of 10-14 business days. Equipment will only be available on the fitting days above.

Attached you will find a detailed order form which displays all products available at the exclusive Boston Jr. Terriers
Fitting Day Price. Order forms will be available the day of the fittings, however, you may print and fill out the order
form in advance and bring it along the night of the fitting. Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa are the accepted
payment types for TPS.
