Preface / General
The content written here is by no means a rulebook, but is to be seen as a reference guide
or list of ideas/suggestions to incorporate into your D&D 5e sessions. If my time allows it I
will try to keep this up to date with content released by Wizards of the Coast.
Critique and suggestions are appreciated.
Lust
Lust damage is just a concept to adapt from regular damage types. It needs to be properly
tuned/reworked/calculated depending on how the Dungeon Master intends to use a system
to track the players’ and NPCs’ need to relieve their lust.
As such, damage values on these suggested rules aren’t straying too far from their original
state.
The DM may consider using or editing some of the following rules:
● Lust damage is form of non-lethal damage.
● Lust damage can only be reduced/reset by completing a short or long rest, spending
several minutes with a chance to increasing it instead, magical means or reaching an
orgasm. The reduction is determined by the DM if not otherwise stated.
● Creatures immune or resistant to charm effects are immune or resistant to lust
damage.
● Characters possess an upper limit to how much lust they can handle before reaching
the orgasm state. The limit for lust damage can be calculated proportional to his
regular hit-point pool.
○ A characters arousal pool may be calculated in the same way as their
hit-points but adjusted by their Wisdom modifier (and optionally their
Constitution modifier).
○ You may swap the calculation of certain classes for flavoring reasons, such as
the impulsive Barbarian, the chaste Cleric or the controlled Wizard.
■ Artificer - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Barbarian - 6+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d6 (or 4) at higher levels.
■ Bard - 6+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d6 (or 4) at higher levels.
■ Cleric - 12+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d12 (or 7) at higher levels.
■ Druid - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Fighter - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Monk - 10+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d10 (or 6) at higher levels.
■ Mystic - 10+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d10 (or 6) at higher levels.
■ Paladin - 10+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d10 (or 6) at higher levels.
■ Ranger - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Rogue - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8(or 5) at higher levels.
■ Sorcerer - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Warlock - 8+WIS(+CON) at first level, 1d8 (or 5) at higher levels.
■ Wizard - 12+WIS(+CON) at first level,1d12 (or 7) at higher levels.
● A characters arousal pool may be calculated based on the Vitality rule from the
“Variant Rules Unearthed Arcana”.
○ A character's maximum arousal pool is equal to the character’s Wisdom or
Charisma score and adjusted by their Constitution modifier.
○ For every 10 points of lust damage a character or creature suffers until their
next turn, they gain 1 point of arousal.
● Gaining arousal causes the character or creature to get distracted by their urges.
This distraction can have a varying strength and impact combat in various ways.
○ The build up arousal can be measured as percentile of their total arousal
pool.
■ 0-20% - Little to no arousal, no ill effects.
■ 21-40% - Slight arousal, the creature suffers a -2 on perception and
insight checks.
■ 41-60% - Moderately aroused, the creature suffers a -2 on any ability
check and any lust damage taken is increased by 1.
■ 61-80% - Highly aroused, the creature gains advantage on
Strength(Athletics) checks to engage a grapple but disadvantage on
Strength(Athletics) or Dexterity(Acrobatics) checks to contest or
escape a grapple.
■ 81-99% - Debilitatingly aroused, the creature suffers from
disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws other
than to reduce their arousal.
■ 100% - Overwhelmed by lust, see “Orgasm”.
Orgasm
Once a character is overwhelmed by his/her/its lust, they should be somewhat detached
from combat to reach an orgasm. The DM may consider using or editing some of the
following rules:
● The creature may continue combat/acting with penalties to rolls.
● The creature is removed from combat as if falling to 0 Hit Points and being stabilized.
● The creature may use its move, action and bonus action to relive their lust for
multiple turns, they count as incapacitated.
○ Other creatures may use their move, action and bonus action to relieve
someone's lust reducing the turns needed, they also count as incapacitated.
○ Aiding in such a way may cause lust damage to the helping creatures.
● The creature may count as charmed by one, all or some opponent(s).
● After reaching orgasm, the creature will require a few turns (example 5) before it can
return to combat with a new initiative roll.
Lightning Damage
Due to the effect of electricity on a living body, the following rule is proposed:
● When inflicting lightning damage on a creature, if it takes more than half of their hit
points in damage or if the attack was a critical dice roll, the target orgasms.
Exclusions
● Corpse-like undead will be refrained from inclusion into any lists, unlike ghosts.
● Most beasts or beast-like creatures are also excluded despite sentient / sapient stats.
Sentience and Sapience
It can be assumed that a creature with a Wisdom or Charisma Ability Score of 6 is sentient
i.e. it has an understanding of feelings and emotions but might be driven by instinct.
Similarly a creature with an Intelligence Ability Score of 6 can generally be seen as sapient
i.e. it can think or reason in its actions and possibly give consent.
This can be ignored or adjusted by your preference.

Variant Spell Rules
Arms of Hadar
You may opt to change the damage type to 2d6 lust damange on a failed save while the
tentacles grope and feel up targets in the area. This also forces the targets to make
concentration checks at disadvantage instead of not taking reactions until their turn.
Aura of Purity
In addition each non-hostile creature (including you) ignores the need to relieve their lust.
For every uninterrupted minute a creature spends inside the aura it reduces their taken lust
damage by the caster’s proficiency bonus.
Charm Person
In addition, if you engage in a sexual act with the affected humanoid(s), the spell's duration
increases by 1h and when the spell ends the creature does not know it was charmed by you.
Cloudkill
You may opt to change the damage type to 5d8 lust damage; doing so changes the
poisonous yellow green cloud into a pink purplish haze.
Contagion
Heat/Rut: The affected creature can’t sate their lust, neither by masturbation or intercourse.
However, indulging into their need suppresses the urge for a short time.
Dream
You can also let the messenger appear in a wet dream, not limiting the length of the
message. After the delivery you can choose to grant the receiving target sexual relief while
still gaining benefits from the rest, awaking normally.Alternatively, one could force them to
make a Wisdom saving throw determining how unsatisfied the target awakes. On a failed
save the target receives 3d6 lust damage and awakens instantly without gaining any benefit
from this rest. Otherwise the target only take half lust damage.
Evard’s Black Tentacles
You may opt to change the damage type to 3d6 lust damage
Eyebite
Aroused: The target is overcome by the need to masturbate and spends its turn relieving
themselves. The effect ends if they orgasm or if the target take any non lust damage.
Grease
At lower levels / Cast as cantrip: Creates slick lubricant to cover or fill something within 30
feet. It can be enough lubricant to fill one-third of a cubic foot container.
Hunger of Hadar
You may opt to change the damage inflicted from starting a turn within the area to 2d6 lust
damage and ending a turn in the area to 2d6 lust damage from the tentacles. Looking at the
area from within might show hasty visions of alien bodies pounding sexually together.
Prismatic Spray
Replace one of options 1-5 with the following, or insert the following at 6th place, and roll a
d9 instead.
X. Pink: The Target takes 10d6 lust damage on a failed save, or half as much on a
successful one.
Rary’s Telepathic Bond
Until the spell ends, should one creature take lust damage, all other participants take half of
that lust damage too.
Regenerate
The severed body parts of other living creatures may also be grafted to the target; However,
this will increase the time required to 5 minutes, as the spell requires the body to prepare
new nerves and blood vessels.
Symbol
Lust: Each target must make a wisdom saving throw. On failure, target becomes
overwhelmed by lust, and begins either masturbating, or having intercourse with other
affected creatures for the next 10-30 minutes.
Thorn Whip
You may opt to change the whip’s thorns to a coating of an aphrodisiac like sap, replacing its
piercing with lust damage.

Additional Class Feature Rules
Bard - College of Glamour
Enthralling Performance
Instead of charming a number of creatures, you can instead cause them to gain 2d6
lust damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. The lust damage
increases with the same rate as your Bardic Inspiration die.
Bard - College of Whispers
Psychic Blades
You may replace the psychic damage with lust damage as you coat your blades
temporarily with a strong magical aphrodisiac.
Druid - Circle of the Shepherd
Spirit Totem
Nymph Spirit - The nymph spirit is a seductive trickster, beguiling your enemies with
its attractive features. Whenever an enemy is subject to an attack or spell that deals lust
damage, the nymph’s seductive trickery causes the target to treat the lust damage as if it
had rolled the maximum value when determining the amount of arousal generated by the
effect. When an ally is affected by an attack or spell that deals lust damage, you may use
your reaction to give them advantage or give the attacker disadvantage.
Fighter - Arcane Archer
Arcane Shots
Bursting Arrow - You may instead imbue your arrow with magic drawn from the
school of enchantment and replace the force damage with lust damage.
Beguiling Arrow - You may instead deal lust damage instead of psychic damage.
You may also choose to cause the targeted creature to be charmed by your ally for up to 10
minutes. In this case it makes the saving throw with advantage and your attack roll only
deals a single point of weapon damage (lust damage still applies).
Ranger - Horizon Walker
Planar Warrior
You may replace the force damage with lust damage as you draw the energy from
several erotically aligned planes.
Traps Revisited
Traps may be used and designed as described in the supplemental book but for more
erotically inclined outcomes consider the following suggestions:
● Traps may cause lust damage equal or doubled to the severity level described under
Level and Lethality.
● Spells or spell like effects could be adjusted to previously mentioned lewd Variant
Spell Rules or erotical outcomes.
● The removal of clothing and armor or reduction of its effectiveness can be preferable.
● Restraining traps offer more interesting outcomes than Slaying (here with lust
damage) traps. Suffering the outcome in either case may lead to more.
● Lust based Slaying traps may allow a Charisma or Constitution saving throw after
stepping into them to reduce the effect one is forced to suffer.

Variant Spell Rules
Charm Monster
In addition, if you engage in a sexual act with the affected creature(s), the spell's duration
increases by 1h and when the spell ends the creature does not know it was charmed by you.
Chaos Bolt
You may replace the poison damage with lust damage.
Dragon’s Breath
You may replace the poison damage with lust damage.
Enervation
You may replace the necrotic damage with lust damage. You also increase the initial
damage die by 1d8 no matter if the creature succeeds or fails its saving throw and the
consecutive on action damage to a 5d8.
You only regain Hit Points equal to a quarter of the amount of lust damage the creature
suffers while you also suffer said quarter as lust damage.
Illusory Dragon
You may pick lust as chosen damage type for the dragon.
Maddening Darkness
You may opt to alter the spell so that moans, squishing noises and shrieks of excitement can
be heard within the sphere. This also replaces the psychic damage of the saving throw with
lust damage.
Mental Prison
You may opt to change the spell’s damage from psychic to lust as the affected creature is
surrounded by an obscene display of sexual debauchery. The damage die are reduced to
4d10 on the initial save and 9d10 on the move through.
Psychic Scream
You may opt to instead let out a scream of sexual ecstasy, either changing the psychic
damage to lust damage or causing creatures killed by its effect to drop to 0 Hit Points
instead, becoming stabilized and orgasming.
Shadow Blade
You may choose to replace the psychic damage with lust damage but it loses the thrown
property.
Watery Sphere
As an action, you may control the inner water flow of the sphere to molest any creature
restrained inside, forcing them to take 1d6 lust damage.

Mark of Seduction Traits
The Mark of Seduction manifests in various races. This mark replaces your subrace. If your
chosen race has no subraces, replace two thirds (rounded down) of your ability score
increases and replace all racial traits given in the Sourcebooks aside from Age, Size, Speed,
Languages and Senses like Darkvision.
Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma score increases by 2.
Friendly Influence: When you make a Charisma (Deception or Persuasion) check,
you can roll one Intuition die, a d4, and add the number rolled to the ability check.
Pleasing Voice: When you reach 3rd level you gain the ability to cast Suggestion
once with this trait. You regain the ability to do so once you finish a long rest. Charisma is
your spellcasting ability for this spell.

Conjure Succubus/Incubus
4th-level conjuration
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S, M (Pleasantries of lust or intrigue worth at least 50gp (such as fine wine,
massage oils, etc.))
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour
You summon a succubus/incubus that appears in an unoccupied space you can see
within range. The succubus/incubus disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the
spell ends.
Roll initiative for the succubus/incubus, which has its own turns. You can issue orders
to the succubus/incubus, and it obeys you as long a lustful display is still in sight. If this
condition is not met, the succubus/incubus immediately makes a Charisma check contested
by your Charisma check. If you fail the check, the spell no longer requires concentration and
the demon is no longer under your control. The demon automatically succeeds on the check
if it is more than 100 feet away from you.
As part of casting the spell, you can scribe a circle on the ground using the blood of
an intelligent humanoid slain within the past 24 hours. The circle is large enough to
encompass your space. The summoned succubus/incubus cannot cross the circle or target
anyone in it while the spell lasts.
UA Traps Revisited
Effects
Lust Damage - The trap may cause lust damage in a variety of reasons, such as

on the character.
