If Wizzle is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. Prankster’s Tools. Wizzle can use his action to deploy a prank device within 5 feet of him. He can have up to three prank devices active at a time. These devices include whoopee cushions, confetti bombs, and itching powder puffs. A creature that triggers a prank device, by moving into its square, must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or become the target of a random minor effect. On a hit, confetti explodes in a burst of colors, and the target must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn. Reactions Quick Prank When a creature makes a melee attack against Wizzle and misses, Wizzle can use his reaction to deploy a prank device, forcing the attacker to succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or become the target of a random minor effect.
