16/08/23, 12:35 Malcanthet - Monsters - Homebrew - D&D Beyond https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/38446-malcanthet 2/2 TheGreatestNerdOfAll ADD TO COLLECTION REPORT Description Malcanthet (also known as the queen of the succubi) is a demon lord hailing from the 570th layer of the abyss (Shendilvari).  She was one of the first succubi to come into existence, and rose to the top by committing savage betrayals against her "sister" succubi. She has had children with Demogorgon and Pazuzu (somehow).   The cult of Malcanthet is vast and spreads across faerun but is slightly disorganized with little communication and some rivalries.  Malcanthet's cults caters to many types of people, to muscular men to lithe women.  In some of the cults that cater to women (which are far more common than the cults that cater to men), men are blinded so the cannot "look upon the beauty of their superiors."  Malcanthet will deal in the souls the knights of Malcanthet* have collected to extinguish rivalries and forge alliances with demons and devils alike. *Check my homebrew page Monster Tags: SHAPECHANGER We have updated our privacy policy.
