Languages - All Challenge - 16 (15,000 XP) Proficiency Bonus - +4 Proficiencies - Perception, Deception, Stealth Traits Change Shape A Raavasta can alter its physical form at will to take on the appearance of any medium humanoid creature, including a unique individual.
Psychic Shield (2/Long Rest) When the Raavasta is attacked by any source of damage, as a free action, it may put up a psychic shield, granting it resistance to all damage types until the start of its next turn. Actions Multiattack. The Raavasta makes two Blinding Claw attacks Blinding Claws Melee, +9 to hit, targets one creature. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage, and the target is blinded. At the beginning of the targets turn, it can make a WIS save (DC 15) to overcome the blindness. Bind (Recharge when Enforce Contract is used) Ranged, target must be seen The target chooses to either take 20 psychic damage, ongoing at the beginning of each of it’s turns, or be dominated as the spell, Dominate Person (8th level). A successful WIS save (DC 18) can end this effect. Mind Stab Ranged, affects all targets in a 25 ft. radius centred on the Raavasta. All creatures in the area take 22 (5d6 + 5) psychic damage, or half as much on a successful WIS save (DC 15). Any creatures who fail this save are also compelled to move their maximum move speed away from the Raavasta. Enforce Contract (Recharge when Bind is used) Ranged, targets any creature under the effect of Bind. May only be used as a reaction when an enemy strikes the Raavasta with a melee, ranged, or spell attack.
The attack targets the creature affected by Bind instead of the Raavasta. Using this power ends the Bind effect on that creature. Vanish (Recharge 5-6) When the Raavasta is hit with any attack, as a reaction, the Raavasta teleports up to 15 ft. and becomes invisible until the end of it’s next turn
