Hi, I’m Tamara Pavicevic, a 24-year-old Graduate
Project Manager working on the Boka Place
development. I joined Artelia in January, after DID YOU KNOW?

This enabled bulk excavations down to a depth of
8m to progress, including carefully checking for
unexploded ordnance.

Work on the diaphragm walls and ground
anchors is currently underway, and Bemax, the First of seven tower
contractor, has installed the first of seven tower cranes to arrive on site
cranes. A further two cranes will be installed later
this month. They will be a key feature of Porto
Montenegro’s skyline for the next two and a half
years.
The first small self-erecting tower crane was
brought to site over the weekend and whilst
this is a fairly small crane in comparison to the
others, it is currently being well-utilized to lift
reinforcement and concrete skips for the nearby
section of diaphragm wall.
This is my first experience of a construction
site and as a Montenegrin it’s a big deal for me
to be involved in one of my country’s biggest
development projects. I’m looking forward to
taking on further roles and responsibilities and
developing my construction knowledge across the
project lifecycle with the help of the Boka Place
team and Artelia.
