24/01/2024 ARTELIA 2 LONDON BIRMINGHAM IPSWICH Purpose of the YPF Bringing People Together Creating Voice for Young Professionals Supporting Career Progression Networking The forum encourages internal networking amongst all employees that are early in their professional career. Brings teams together from different areas of the business. Supports attendance at external networking events; developing interpersonal skills, creating brand exposure for Artelia. In 2024, YPF looks to network more with other Artelia subsidiaries internationally. Training / Chartership Support Meetings consist of discussions around attendance at trainings, networking events, routes to chartership, recommendations to improve the business and group discussions. This is then followed by a social event; lunch or activity. The forum also supports the Graduate Development Programme. Group Discussions Board Director, Tim Naughton attends YPF monthly meetings on the Third Friday of the month, to allow feedback given by the forum to go straight to the Board.
