Now that international borders are again open for travel and the world re-
opening for business, I am pleased to invite you to join me and my colleagues
from “Australia’s Paydirt” and “Gold Mining Journal” to attend the 2022 Africa
Down Under Conference (ADU).

2022 will be the 20th year we have convened this important three day meeting,
and will be held in Perth, Western Australia – Australia’s gateway to Africa, and
Australia’s mining capital.

ADU will again form the main pillar of “Africa Week”, Australia’s week long
celebration of the strong and growing business, social and cultural ties between
Australia and the entire African continent.

We anticipate ADU 2022 will attract more than 1000 delegates comprising numerous African mining ministers and

Africa Down Under Conference 2022 – Sponsorship and Exhibition Application Terms and Conditions, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy


• This agreement is between the sponsors/exhibitors and organisers of the Africa Down Under Conference for the
total investment for sponsorship/exhibition as selected.
• Confirmation of booking is made by signing and returning this Sponsorship Form with FULL payment due on
application in order to confirm the booking.
• All sponsorship/exhibition fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% GST.
• As the event is held and hence deemed to be enjoyed in Australia, sponsorship/exhibition fees are subject to the goods and
services tax (GST).
• Rotation/sharing of name badges/registrations is NOT permitted.
• Sponsorship/exhibition entitlements will NOT be confirmed until FULL payment is received.
• Presentation assignments (where applicable) will be at the sole discretion of Paydirt Media Pty Ltd. Requests
for specific presentation time slots are NOT guaranteed; but will however be considered on a first-in basis and subject to
availability.
• Booth assignments (where applicable) are allocated on a first-in basis and subject to final approval by Paydirt Media Pty Ltd.
• Paydirt Media Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-assign booths for sponsorships/exhibitions that are not fully paid upon

• A remittance advice/proof of transfer/copy of a cheque, are NOT deemed as receipt of payment. Payments will only be
