UA-1001 Pure Polyurea Coating
DESCRIPTION UA-1001 is a two-component pure Polyurea elastomer system with high
performance. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine
chain extenders and pre-polymers. It provides an extremely flexible, tough,
resilient monolithic membrane with good water resistance and chemical
resistance.

DESCRIPTION Neothane #200 is a two-component modified polyurethane (polyol/poly-
isocyanate modified-chain) that is mainly used for Waterproofing and medium-
duty Flooring. Good chemical and abrasion resistant.
It must be noted that Neothane #200 is part of the Polyurethane Waterproofing
Systems Application as the Body Coat layer, and it needs other products (Primer
and/or Topcoat layers) to achieve the full Polyurethane Waterproofing Systems.

DESCRIPTION JTProof HDPE is a Pre-applied HDPE pressure sensitive adhesive waterproofing
membrane which bonds integrally to poured concrete, remaining in place if
settlement of substrate occurs.
JTProof HDPE provides water, water vapor protection to water excludingstructures
and protects concrete from aggressive ground salts, chemicalsand hydrocarbons.
JTProof HDPE is supplied with a self-adhesive selvedge along one side of the roll to
provide sealed laps and a comprehensive range of auxiliary products to simplify the
application process.

DESCRIPTION JTTorchSeal Aggregate is a high performance APP Modified bituminous torch

applied waterproofing membrane; it is reinforced with spun banded fiber not proof
polyester.
The underside of JTTorchSeal Aggregate is finished with a light polyethylene foil.
This increases flame - touching efficiency, reduces gas consumption and also
protects the rolls during (transport, handling and storage).
JTTorchSeal Aggregate are composed of bitumen that is modified by APP, a
polypropylene polymer. The mixing has ensures that a true matrix inversion taken
place, where the APP forms a continuous skeleton network with the bitumen filling
up the void. This result in much better cold flexes temperatures and aging
resistance.
