Metamorphosis

Devised by Jonathan Pope Evans

Friday I April 29, 2022 I 7PM
Saturday I April 30, 2022 I 7PM
Saturday I May 1, 2022 I 2PM

Metamorphosis is a project exploring the nature of
transformation on an epic scale and on a personal level.
Created completely by students, using singers, dancers,
poems, and other texts, Prof. Evans and the students will
explore how the cycle of life, death, and rebirth affects us
all. Using texts such as the Epic of Gilgamesh, the Christian
Bible, and the actors' personal experiences and writings, this
project will ask: "Does every aspect of life have a beginning,
middle, and end? And is there fear in letting go?"
