CHARTER OF DUTIES : ADDITIONAL DIRECTORATE GNERAL
CEREMONIAL AND WELFARE

CW Coord (Directly under ADG C&W)
1. Responsible for overall coordination, general administration and
establishment matters of the Dte.
2. Coordination of briefs and progress points pertaining to the
Directorate as discussed in various high level conferences and meetings.
3. Coordination of Parliament questions pertaining to the Directorate.
4. Responsible for security matters within the Directorate including
fire fighting arrangements.
5. Coord replies to QSIR points pertaining to the Directorate.
6. Coordinate all reports and returns in respect of the Directorates.
7. Detailment of Offrs and staff on various miscellaneous duties from
within the Directorate.
