Amendment committee meeting and FSS Management Committee meeting at Kumbakonam on
26th & 27th Feb 2022 wherein, various amendments to our state IMA constitution were proposed,
discussed in depth and finalised for implementation.

Regarding the FSS trust many of our members of the Trust board and the FSS Management

Committee Members sought to reorganise theFSS Trust by including more elected trustees on

issue at the earliest. He was very receptive and agreed to look into this issue at the

IMA POLITICAL LIASONING IN DELHI

Under the able leadership of National President Dr. Sahajanand Prasad Singh political
liasoning continued effectively to address the pressing issues of medical fraternity.

Today IMA delegation compromising of HSG Dr. Jayesh Lele, Dr. Ravi Wankhedkar, Dr.
Shantanu Sen, Dr. Rajan Sharma, Dr.D.R. Rai, Dr. Anil Goyal, Dr. Dinesh Kumar & Dr.
Ashok Sharda PRESIDENT IMA Rajasthan met 3 main leaders.

1. Shri Om Birla jee, Hon Speaker of Loksabha. He was informed about the CPA issue. Our
Rajasthan team had already briefed him. He immediately called up the concerned minister
Shri Piyush jee Goyal and fixed our appointment with him. Also called up Shri Bhupinder
Yadav jee for BMW issue. Dr. Anil Goyal appraised him on the issue of land for IMA in
Delhi on which he assured all possible help.

Shri Om Birla jee was extremely co-operative and went out of the way to entertain IMA
delegation. Thanks to Dr. Ashok Sarda & Dr. D.R. Rai.

2. Shri Piyush jee Goyal understood the CPA issue and assured us that it will be done.
Luckily all his main secretaries were there in chamber which made our job easy.

3. Shri Bhupinder Yadav jee welcomed us very cordially. He already knew our issue and
called up concerned officials and directed to meet them and gave his Additional PS with
us with directive that our work should be done. We met the concerned officials at
Paryavaran Bhuvan and had nearly 2 hours discussion on BMW issue. They understood
our concerns and promised that in a week they will again have a follow up meeting. HSG
