Sharma of Rajasthan, consequent to the unexpected death of a
patient due to post-partum hemorrhage for which a reckless
criminal case under section 302 was registered against her.

We are all facing a lot of challenges in the post Covid situation in
scheduling our practice, caring for the patients and administering the
hospital activities.
