PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Welcome to DanZe On! A Celebration,
FORMS Ballet’s first online show!

FORMS ballet has been established for 29 years and specializes in teaching
students of all ages, across a wide range of grades. We welcome any
potential newcomers to join us anytime and we also are very grateful to our
loyal students who have remained with us over the years.

I would like to express my sincere and special thanks to Yap Zi Xuan, my
student for stepping in to help promote FORMS Ballet on the various social
media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Facebook. Zi Xuan
also played an active role in planning and putting this online show together.

Thank you to my students, Si-En Hua and Grace Yap for your invaluable help
behind the scenes with the photography, videography and make-up.

Sincere thanks to all parents who have been very supportive in their child’s
love for dance.

To all my dancers, thank you for your hard work and dedication in making this
show a success!

To my husband Gerry, thank you for your love and support in helping me run
FORMS Ballet for the past 29 years.
