RUTH R. ESPINOSA

BS PHARMA - 1B

MEVOLUTION

infant stage

Hola! My name is Ruth R.
Espinosa, I was born on July
4, 2002. I'm a cancer baby
and i didn't cry when I came
out my mother's womb, the
doctor had to slap me to make
me cry, funny isn't it? makes
me think I got too comfortable
inside that I didn't want to
come out! :D

early childhood

I had so much fun during
my childhood stage, because
this was the time my mom
would bring me around
with her to the clinic, I
just love seeing people before.
This was also the time I
slowly learned how to talk
and walk and interact with
people. Mom says I'm a
happy baby, I always smile
and I rarely cry. I only
cry when I'm hungry!

pre-school

I started going to school
when I was 5 years old. I
was never a shy girl, I
always was talkative and
interactive with people. I
also hate sleeping at noon
time. I also love going to
trips and I love eating
Jollibee. My hair's always
short because it suits me.

ELEMENTARY

I was bubbly and really
talkative even in elementary,
my teacher would separate me
and my bestfriend away
because we don't stop talking
to each other.

junior high

Junior high is where I start
being more conscious about
how I look and feel. I
didn't cut my hair anymore,
but I cut some bangs which
certainly didn't suit me! But
my JHS experience was so
memorable, I love to
reminisce it some time.

senior high

I would say, a lot changed
in me during shs year. To
the way I look, feel, and
think. We all learn from our
mistakes, and we grow from
them. I started taking care
of me, not just my physical
self but my mental and
emotional self. It's where I
learned not to give a damn
at things that only interrupts
my peace. That you gotta
chase your dreams and work
hard for it.

COLLEGE

Present me. She's
unstoppable now, more brave
and bold, strong, and wise.
She goes after what she
wants and doesn't stop until
she gets it. She does not
know what the future holds,
but she is grateful for slow
and steady growth. She is
working on herself, for
herself. She is me.

QUESTIONS

What significant changes have you seen in
yourself while growing up? What makes
these changes significant? Please explain.

Growing up, i've seen significant changes in my life not just
physically, but mentally and emotionally. Physically, I grew up tall
and healthy. Mentally, I grew up how to stand for what I believe
in and to stand up for what is right and true. Emotionally, I
learned that every situation doesn't need a reaction from me, that
some things don't deserve my energy. I know my worth and I'm
not afraid to walk away to find it.

QUESTIONS

In your opinion, what are the major factors
that contributed to those significant changes
while growing up? Explain.

When we talk about factors of change we could simply say the
environment, the people and things we surround ourselves with
are what influences us to change for the good or bad. My family
and friends are my biggest factors, I have a piece of them in
every inch of me, they're the reason why I am the way I am
today. They're the reason why I grew up moral and kind.
They're the ones that taught me to cherish every moment because
nothing in this world is permanent. They guide me and care for
me. They don't tolerate my naughtiness and is always frank
with me when I do something wrong.

QUESTIONS

Considering how you look now, is there
anything you wish to change? Why & Why not?

Honestly, physically I don't wanna change much about how I
look because this is what God gave me and I am content with
it. But, I could enhance some like my body, I could workout
and eat healthy to be fit. But to drastically change my whole
appearance? Not really. But within me, I think I still have a
lot to improve like my priorities, my motivation, habits, and being
open to change and working on my inner self.
