Oil Treating Plant (OTP) Area Proses Flow Operasi Oil Treating Plant Edisi 1 November, 2023 B U L E T I N C G S 1 0 Hal 04 P L A N T O P E R A T I O N D U R I Hal 15 Flow Process OTP di HO (Heavy Oil) Fluida dipompakan dari sumur-sumur produksi (oil well) ke stasiun pengumpul yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pemisahan seluruh fluida produksi. a. Fluida dari sumur produksi masuk ke unit heat exchanger melalui inlet header. b. Heat exchanger memanaskan fluida bila temperatur fluida di bawah 140 oF dan mendinginkan fluida bila bersuhu di atas 212 oF. Panas yang terukur adalah penting untuk pemisahan fluida produksi. Chemical demulsifier diinjeksikan untuk membantu pemisahan minyak dengan air. c. Setelah fluida produksi melewati unit heat exchanger, fluida akan memasuki unit three-phase separator yang biasa disebut flow splitter. Flow splitter memisahkan gas dan/atau uap dari liquida dan padatan sebelum masuk ke dalam gas boot. d. Gas dan uap yang dipisahkan di Flow Splitter dialirkan ke fin-fan cooler untuk proses pengolahan lebih lanjut. CENTRAL GATHERING STATION 1O e. Gas yang telah berobah jadi condensate pada proses pendinginan pada fin-fan cooler di teruskan ke condensate plant (CVC Plant) untuk diproses agar siap untuk di pompakan ke HCT Duri dan digabungkan dengan SLC (sumatra light crude) f. Sedangkan fluida dari Flow Splitter kemudian mengalir ke Gas Boot yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan gas dan uap yang masih tersisa dari fluida dan menurunkan tekanannya sebelum masuk ke dalam Free Water Knock Out Tank (FWKO Tank). Gas dan uap yang dipisahkan di gas boot juga dialirkan ke fin-fan cooler dan EGF. g. FWKO berfungsi untuk memisahkan sebagian besar air dan pasir serta sediment dari minyak. Air dialirkan melalui line water leg ke fasilitas pengolahan air (Water Treating Plant) untuk diolah sebagai sumber air baku steam generator. h. Dari FWKO tank, minyak memasuki Wash Tank. Wash tank berfungsi sebagai tempat pemisahan lebih lanjut antara minyak dan air. Waktu retensi (retention time) yang cukup diperlukan untuk proses pemisahan minyak dengan air. i. Minyak mengalir ke shipping tank. Sebelum dipompakan ke tank farm di Duri/Dumai, crude oil harus diukur terlebih dahulu kandungan Basic Sediment dan Water (BS&W)-nya. Jika belum memenuhi syarat maka crude oil akan disirkulasikan kembali ke proses awal (ke production line atau wash tank) j. Sisa air dari wash tank dialirkan ke fasilitas pengolahan air untuk diproses di API separator. k. Pasir dan sediment dari FWKO Tank & Wash Tank diolah lagi pada Sand Removal Facilities (SRF) melalui Slurry Tank, hydrocyclone, classifier dll, atau di drain secara manual ke ditch dimana penanganannya memerlukan banyak tenaga kerja untuk meng-handle ke tempat pembuangan pasir dan sludge SMF Area-6
