The cottages are built with construction grade timber imported from Canada / Russia.
These countries practice sustainable forestry, where excess wood is removed to allow forests to
flourish.
The timber we import is part of this sustainable initiative.
We offer a 10-year warranty for the wooden structure.

Why are these houses built of wood?

Wood is a natural insulator and does not absorb heat or cold like cement, stone, or concrete structures.
It requires relatively less heating or cooling.
Since wooden structures are naturally well insulated, there is a significant saving of power to heat or cool
a wooden home.
Wood is a good sound absorber, making wooden houses relaxing and peaceful. Wood is one of the few building
materials that are environmentally beneficial.
