Mother’s Day Tea Party at the library

Columbia Library hosted a Mother’s Day Tea Party
to honor the special ladies in the program participants’

a Tea Room for the occasion. The menu consisted of 2
types of green tea, black tea and apple juice. All were
served from China tea pots and enjoyed from real China
tea cups. The guests were invited to make their special

treated to some story-telling and invited to take home a

The tables had a Mother’s Day theme trivia quiz and a list
of how people around the world say “mother.”
