The history of me by

Geography

When I was younger I used to live in the city of
Torrance. I lived in a small apartment and there
was a scarce amount of room so my family decided
to move. We moved to Carson, and I went to a new
school called Carson Street Elementary. I was
nervous to go to the school, but the but the students
in the class were nicer than I thought they would
be. I even made couple of friends. After I got used to
the school, I started enjoying it more, I meet more
people and warmed up to them and had a great
time. Additionally, the house that I lived in was a
fair size. It had 3 rooms, a kitchen, two living rooms,
a garage, and 2 bathrooms. There’s even a backyard
with a lemon and orange tree, we also planted
flowers.

Religion

The first time I visited church was when I was 8
years old, around the time I started first grade.
My grandma had taken my cousins, sister, and I
to a church in Torrance, the name of the church
isn't important. We were all excited, but still
nervous because it was our first time going to
that church. When we arrived, it took awhile
getting in because our grandma had to sign us
in. Afterwards, they gave us T-shirts and we
were able to go inside. We ate pizza for dinner,
did activities, we learned about jesus, and
overall we enjoyed ourselves. Near the end of
church, they passed prizes out to the children
who were well behaved. In my opinion, church
was better than I thought it would be, and I
would enjoy going back there.

Achievements

An invention that has improved my life would
have to be a piano. When i was younger I wasn't
interested in anything to do with music. I wasn’t
the type of person who would ever want to play
an instrument. When I hit third grade, my mom
made me sign up for piano lesson, “It’ll be fun”,
she said to me. That’s what got me into piano,
the lessons were great, and I wanted to learn
more. I started practicing at home and learned a
lot of more songs, the piano lessons helped me
succeed. If my mother hadn’t signed me up for
piano lessons, I don’t think I would have ever
been interested in any instruments. So, I am
very glad that my mom made me take those
piano lessons

Politics

When I was younger, I had a decent amount of rules in my
house, they were pretty easy to keep up with. For
instance, I had to be in bed around 10:00 when I had
school the next day. I had to sweep and clean the kitchen
counter, and I had to clean my room when it was messy.
Also, there were sometimes that we could only use our
technology for an hour. Though the rules were easy, there
were punishments for not doing all of my chores. For
example, if I were not to finish sweeping, I would lose my
technology privileges, or go into a time out in my parent’s
bedroom, there were sometimes I didn’t get either of those
punishments, I would just get yelled at. As I got older, and
more mature, the rules changed for me. Now, i’m able to
stay up around 12:00, not all the time, but only if my dad
lets me. I also have to feed my cats in the morning and the
nighttime. I still have to sweep, but I don't do it as often
anymore, I’m not told to clean my room as often, but I still
do it when I’m not asked to. Now, I am more independent
and I can do all these tasks on my own, but there are
sometimes when I may need help, and my family are there
to help out.

Economics

The career that I want to have when I grow up is being a
veterinarian. The reason why I would want to have this job
is because I love animals. I would gladly help take care of
sick kittens, birds, puppies, etc, and make them feel
better. As a child, cats have always been my favorite
animal. When I got older, I did more research on cats and
other animals and figured out what they ate, what they are
allergic to, and how often that we should clean them. I got
all of this research from books and the internet, and I was
really amused about what I found. That’s another reason
why I would want to become a veterinarian. Although, If I
don't not get my dream job of being a veterinarian, the
next best choice I have in store is to become a doctor.
Instead of operating on pets, I would be doing it on
humans, which is just as great. The elective I have is
medical detectives, so I'm sure that class will teach me
how to become a wonderful doctor.

Social structure

I have a pretty large family, but only a few of my
relatives live with me. The family members that
do live with me are my dad, uncle, granda,
grandpa, and my sister. My sister usually hangs
out with my mom and i am usually with my dad.
When I hang out with my dad we usually go out
for dinner or get ice cream. Sometimes my
cousins come over and when they do, we go out
to the movies. My family can be annoying at
sometimes, but I know they still love me and I
love them too. They are always there for me
when I need them to be and they help me with
many things.
