Ethiopian Catering Receiving is a section under Ethiopian
Catering Division, sub sectioned from Manager Procurement
The receiving primary support catering store, catering duty
Free, catering operation ,food production, catering
procurement and lounge. by receiving and transferring
various materials which are concisely listed in nine categories
as below:
Dry Food Items, Perishable Food Items, Chilled food items,
Beverages and Liquors, Inflight service items, Chemical
items, Different Magazine and news paper. Duty free items,
Different Spare parts
All these materials are stocked in bulk for the daily operation
and production requirements. Every single item passes
through Five mega processes the receiving is engaged with.
Collecting from cargo -> combining document -> checking
po conversion factor -> physical counting -> receiving and
transferring to appropriate section.

under Ethiopian Catering Division, STORES
sub sectioned from Manager Procure-
ment.
The Stores primarily support catering
production and operation sections by
