I was parked in the Easter drive from the Perrysburg Junior High facing N at E South Boundary St. I observed a blue
suv traveling E on E South Boundary St at what appeared to be over the 25 mph posted speed limit. I estimated the
vehicle to be traveling at about 40 mph. The vehicle was rapidly catching a maroon suv traveling in front of it. I used
laser unit TS006433 to perform a speed check and found the vehicle to be traveling 40 mph. I initiated a traffic stop and
advised the driver, Mr. Smith, why I had stopped him. Mr. Smith stated that he was "frustrated today." Mr. Smith was
cited for speed. I had good tracking, no interference, and a calibration check was done at about 1530 hrs.

Mrs. MCClellan stated she was stopped in traffic. She was then struck from behind by another vehicle. Mr. Khan
stated he did not know what happened. He stated that he did not know if he struck her or she backed up into him. Mrs.
MCClellan's teenage children were in the car also. They both stated their car was stopped and the other car hit them.
There was minor damage to both cars. Mr. Khan was issued a citation for ACDA 4511.21A MM. He stated he
thought I was being impartial to him and taking their side against him. I explained to him that I had three subjects
claiming he struck them and there was minor damage to both cars. Mr. Khan stated that damage could of been old
damage. I explained to him that I determined he was at fault for the accident and that is why he was issued a citation.
Mr. Khan was very polite when making these statements.

I was sitting on E. So. Boundary St. at Maple St. running stationary radar facing east. A motorcycle was heading
westbound toward me going 25mph. A grey SUV was coming up behind the motorcycle at a high rate of speed. I was
able to clock the grey SUV at 47mph in the 25mph zone. The grey SUV then passed the motorcycle in the left turn
lane. Another woman in an SUV was in the left turn lane going eastbound, making a left turn onto Maple Street. She
had to stop to avoid hitting the grey SUV, and she was blowing her horn at him. I stopped the grey SUV and identified
the driver as Kamal. Kamal asked why I stopped him and I told him speed and passing in a turn lane. Kamal said that
he was late for a doctors appointment. Kamal then said that I could not write him a ticket since he was working for us.
I said you don't work for us that I know of. Then he tried to show me some business cards of what may have been
a DEA agent or maybe a FBI agent. I just handed them back to him. Kamal was issued his citation. Kamal said that
was the last time he worked free for any cops and he drove away.

Bollett, a member of the Maumee Valley Beekeepers Association, maintains several active beehives on

the grounds of The 577 Foundation. Sometime during the nighttime hours last night, person or persons

unknown appear to have loaded two hives into a vehicle. As the unknown vehicle was leaving the area, it

appears the two hives toppled from the vehicle, landing in the Foundation's parking lot. Examining the

hives revealed the subject(s) responsible attempted to staple the hive entrances closed using a small piece

of screen, suggesting some knowledge of the hive's structure. No damage or loss was reported.
