06:00 – 07:00 Seating Bus (16 rooms) from Lao Cai to Sapa

08:00 – 08h30 Move to Lao Chai for trekking

TREKKING REGULATIONS

 Follow guiding, regulations and request of the team leader during trekking time.
 Warm-up before trekking
 Littering and damaging the trees, flowers are seriously forbidden (prepare personal bag

for garbage)
 No one is allowed to move or separate from the crew without leader’s approval.
 No racist in both verbal and actions to the locals during trekking
