Technical Conformity Letter

Refer to the required technical information document of scaffolding and accessory materials from
Protech Outsource Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Company”) as attached. We have thoroughly studied
in detail. We would like to assure you that the products offered to Company are in accordance with all
technical information. If the products delivered do not meet the requirements, we, the seller, will only
bear all responsibility at our own expenses to deliver the new correct ones.
At the same time, the documents for consideration are presented too as the Company informs that
the Company will use this information for assessment and decision making.
