3 EASY WAYS TO BOOST OUR NPS
Now that we all understand what the Net Promoter Score is and why it’s important, let's
look at how we can improve it! Simply put, to improve our NPS we need to make unhappy
1.Live The Brand Values
This may seem obvious, but it's true! If you live our brand values everyday you will
continually turn detractors and neutrals into promoters.
2.Perfect Your Greetings
How consistent are your hellos and goodbyes? These are our customer’s first and last
experience with us, so make sure we start on the right note, and finish even better!
3.Engage With Detractors
If we want to hit our NPS target, and we do! we need to engage with our detractors, find out
what went wrong and solve the problem if possible. Remember! everything is reparable, We
just have to be willing to put in the time and effort.
Recently we’ve received a number of queries from team members asking for support with
accessing their payslips. With this in mind, please find below an overview of all the
different ways you can access your payslips online.
OPTION 1: ADP Mobile App
You can download, install and use the ADP App on your personal mobile device. Please
note that this is separate to the Workday App that some of you may be trying to use to
access your payslips. For more details on how to download and setup the ADP App on
your personal mobile device, see the attached document.
OPTION 2: Internet on your Personal PC or Mobile Device
You can access Workday, and the ADP payslip portal within Workday by using the internet
on your personal computer or internet-enabled devices (eg: mobile phone, iPad, etc.).
Instructions on how to access Workday this way are attached. Alternatively, you can also
access JEN via your personal computer or internet-enable device, to then access
Workday and the ADP portal. JEN can be accessed at the following
address: https://jen.jetstar.com/. You will then need to enter your normal Jetstar IT
system username and password. Please remember that your login details for JEN and
Workday are different. If logging in through JEN, you’ll need your Jetstar username and
password. You’ll then need to use your ID Number and QAccess password to login to
OPTION 3: Work Computer
You can access your Payslips by clicking on the Workday link on the JEN page, then
going to the ADP payslip portal. We’re aware of some recent issues in accessing Workday
from some work PCs. Some fixes have been implemented, which should provide a
sustainable resolution, however IT are continuing to monitor any accessibility issues.
Need more information? If you have any questions about accessing your payslips, please
don’t hesitate to contact People Support on [email protected] Thanks, People
