Thank you for your interest in Dusters Restaurant as the site of your upcoming event. We offer
facilities that can accommodate up to 120 guests for business meetings, seminars, or social functions.

Included in this packet are policies, menus, pricing, bar information, and individual room dimensions
with seating capacities to help plan your event.

We request that menu selections are submitted seven (7) days before your event date, with final plate counts
for all selections provided no later than 48 hours in advance. These final counts will not only serve as your
guaranteed number, which we will base our room setup and billing on, but will also ensure that our kitchen is

able to adequately order and prepare for your event.
Dusters’ staff looks forward to providing the professional services needed to make your function an absolute

Banquet Policies

Cancellation date- A cancellation date is set for one week (7 days) prior to your event should the need to cancel arise. We
understand plans sometimes change and all deposits and charges are refundable up until this date.

Room reservation and setup charge- This allows us to reserve your room on the requested date, schedule staff, and arrange
materials so that everything is ready when you arrive. A $50.00 charge that is refundable up until your cancellation date, after
your cancellation date this charge becomes non-refundable.

Guaranteed numbers and billing- 48 hours prior to your event we request your final plate totals are submitted to our Events
office. This amount serves as your guaranteed number from which we base our room setup, food preparation, and billing. We
do allow 5% leeway on this guaranteed number. Payment for all charges will be due the day of an event unless prior
arrangements have been made. All charges are subject to sales tax and 15% gratuity.

Room Rental Fee- In addition to your reservation and setup charge, all rooms have a rental fee of $50.00 which is waived with
a food or beverage purchase of equal or greater value. Whether its continental breakfast, room refreshments like canned soda
and cookies, or lunch in our dining room; it all applies towards this amount.

Menus and Selections- Our banquet menus are designed for groups of 20 or more, however, we do offer several of our regular
menu items for private groups as well. Additionally, we are open to, and will do our best to accommodate any special menu
requests. When selecting entrees we ask that you limit your selections to a maximum of two (2) choices, including children
items. However, menus with three or more selections are available at a charge of $2.00 per additional item multiplied by your
guaranteed number. For example, a function with 30 guests having three (3) menu choices would then have a charge of
$60.00 added to the final bill.

Cakes and Desserts- We do allow commercially produced cakes and desserts not sold by Dusters to be brought in for your
function. We are happy to supply plates and napkins free of charge, however, if you would like for our staff to also cut and
serve any dessert not purchased from Dusters, an additional $0.50 per person cake cutting fee will be added to your final bill.

Equipment- If needed, we have a selection of items ranging from flip charts to wireless internet access available to ensure your
event goes well and is available free of charge. We ask that no items be affixed to any of the walls or ceiling.

Cheese and Sausage Tray- One pound of each with assorted crackers. Serves approximately 10-15 guests/$40
Shrimp Canapés- Served on a flatbread crostini. Per 50/$50

Meatballs- Choose from BBQ, Swedish, or Italian. Per dozen/$9
Stuffed Mushrooms- Button mushrooms baked with Italian sausage and provolone cheese. Serves approximately 12-15

Garlic Toast Bruschetta- Toasted garlic bread topped with tomatoes marinated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil pesto, and
red wine; then finished with shredded parmesan cheese. Per dozen/ $18

Deli Sliders- Sliced pit ham, smoked turkey breast, or slow roasted beef served on herbed focaccia rolls and sided with
mayonnaise, ranch, and honey mustard. Each/$2.5
BBQ Smoked Sausage- Bite sized cuts of smoked sausage tossed in barbeque sauce. Per pound which serves approx. 5
guests/$10

Sandwiches________________________________

Dusters’ Deli- A variety of deli style sandwiches that can be mixed and matched by the plate or tray. All are served with a
choice of one side plus two cookies, a dill pickle, and a choice of iced tea or coffee. Each/$10

• Shaved turkey on and onion Kaiser with Monterey jack cheese, leaf lettuce, and mustard aioli
• Grilled chicken club on a wheat Kaiser with mayo, hickory bacon, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato
• Corned Beef on a Kaiser with dijonaise, lettuce, and Swiss cheese
• Honey pepper ham on an onion Kaiser with lettuce, honey mustard, and sliced mild peppers
• Pepper jack BLT on a wheat Kaiser traditional with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pepper jack cheese

We offer a number of plated entrée options including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood available for groups of 20 or more. A
freshly prepared hot meal beginning with a house Dorothy Lynch salad and served with seasoned vegetables, a choice of baked
potato, steamed baby potatoes, rice pilaf, garlic mashed, or buttered noodles; plus a warm dinner roll, and coffee or iced tea.

Beef

Beef Stroganoff- Steak tips simmered in sherry wine and mushroom gravy. $11
Meatloaf- Our special blend individually baked and brushed with brown sugar and Dorothy Lynch. $11
Slow Roasted Beef- Chef carved beef slow roasted and topped with brown gravy. $12

Add a little excitement to your function and allow Dusters’ experienced kitchen to plan your meal for you. A perfect option
for groups on a budget or someone looking for a little variety at a value price, and best of all, the price includes all sales tax
and gratuity. Each/$12.5
The menu begins with a Dorothy Lynch house salad followed by a freshly prepared hot entrée accompanied with an
appropriate starch (potato, rice, or pasta), seasoned vegetables, a warm roll and butter, and a choice of coffee or iced tea.

Buffets____________________________________________________

Our buffets are available for lunch or dinner. Guests help themselves to as much of the items that they want, a perfect
solution for large groups, casual get-togethers, or functions short on planning time. What ever the occasion, there is
something for everyone. Prices are listed per person and include a choice of coffee or iced tea. Dinner buffets require a
minimum of 50 guests and all prices are per person.

From the Bar___________________________________________________

Welcome to the Gottberg brewery where we brew, on premise, several styles of micro brews and sodas. All that
we offer on tap is brewed in small batches using fresh ingredients and we have a revolving selection all
available for your event by the glass, pitcher, growler, or keg. Full bar service is available for any gathering
ready to offer a full array of mixed drinks, domestic bottled beer, and many different varieties of wine and
champagne. Applicable sales tax will be applied to all drinks and a $25 bar set-up fee will be applied for
functions of 30 guests or less requesting a bar.

Cash bar- Guests pay for drinks as they are served, at house prices. $30 bartender gratuity will be added to the bar bill.
Host bar- The bar is open to the guests for a pre-determined length of time courtesy of the host. House prices will be charged
and 15% bartender gratuity will be added to the total bar bill.
Ticket bar- The host purchases drink tickets provided by Dusters and distributes them as he/she chooses, and the guests
redeem tickets for drinks of their choice at the bar. A 15% bartender gratuity is added to the total bar bill.
Cocktail service- Available for groups of 30 or less. Servers take and serve drink orders either on a cash basis or compliments
of the host.
