The 15 minute morning routine I was forced to discover that pulled me away
from stressed "busy" burnout to balanced business owner and feeling like a
badass. Regardless of the time of day, location, you can use this simple 8-step
routine. It's easy to to do, and it's proven to shift your life positively.
MAKE YOUR PHONE YOUR B*TCH
DO NOT look at your “smart” phone first thing! PERIOD. This is the single
most vital shift in recovering from stress and burnout. When you choose
YOU first every morning and resist the urge to begin your day reacting to
others priorities, you will have changed your life forever.
STRETCHY BREATHING
Before fully opening your eyes to the day ahead, simply reach
your arms overhead and extend your legs long... BREATHE 3
deep breaths into your belly and exhale out the mouth. AHHHHH
HYDRATE IS LIFE
Have a tall glass of water handy next to your bed. Enjoy 16oz or more
of fresh water. Your body, mind, and business ahead will thank you
for replenishing after a great nights rest.
SIT IN SILENCE
Starting a meditation practice can feel overwhelming. For now, can you
just give yourself permission to sit quietly for 3-5 minutes and breathe?
Perfect. Now enjoy your few minutes of peace and quiet. That's it!

SIP YOUR BEVVY
What's your favorite morning beverage? Whether its organic coffee, tea,
or juice... it's time to whip up your go-to morning drink and actually fully
enjoy it. No multi-tasking!
GET SWEATY
Are you getting sweaty 4x per week minimum? If yes, keep it up! If
no, today is the best day of your life to start. Go for a power walk,
run, lift weights, do a yoga flow... whatever you enjoy, just get
sweaty.
