Peopleware

Computers operate using combination of hardware and
software. However, without user interaction, most computers
would be useless machines. Therefore, peopleware is a term
used to refer to one of the three core aspects of computer
Technology, the other two being hardware and software.
Peopleware can refer to anything that has to do with the role of
people in the development or use of computer Software and
hardware systems, including such issues as system manager,
system analyst, programmer and user.

1.System Manager

Computer and information systems managers, often called
information technology (IT) managers or IT project managers. A
person who plan coordinate, and direct computer –related activities
in an organization. They determine the information technology goals
of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer
systems to meet those goals.

2. System Analyst

Someone who is skilled at analyzing data or a licensed
Practitioner of psychoanalysis and Analyst is also the shortened form
Of psychoanalystsomeone who helps make sense of your emotional
life.

3. Programmer

A person who designs and writes and tests computer Programs.

4. User

A person who uses computers for word or entertainment or
communication or business This includes expert programmers as
well as novices. An end user is any individual. Who runs an
application program.

automation and middleware functions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Information Management, Computer Science,
or other related field is preferred for this position

 6+ years’ experience with specialty in at least one of the following
categories: Systems, OS, Storage, Network, VMWARE, experience in
multiple areas preferred.

 3+ years solutions or enterprise level architectural and design
experience.

 3+ years with direct customer interaction providing business or
technology solutions.

 2+ years’ experience with technology integration and automation.

 Ability to interface with all levels of IT organizations.

3.Computer Programmer

Job Description:

 Convert project specifications and statements of problems and
procedures to detailed logical flow charts to develop Software
Package/Aapplications.

 Develop application modules to store, locate, and retrieve specific
documents, data, and information.

 Perform research and develop activities relating to application
development

 Analyze data processing problems.

 Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or
improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities,
workflow, and scheduling limitations.

 Design or customize Software Package / Applications for use with the
aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Technologies:

Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, Oracle, Webservices, C#, Dot Net, SQL, SAP and
many other technologies

Qualifications:

Education Required: Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree with
relevant experience. Duties:

 Research data relationships and recommend business process and
workflow changes.

 Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade
hardware and software interfaces with the operating system. Analyze

 3-5 years of experience in programming and/or systems analysis

 Understanding of HIPAA, and PMP certification a plus. Combination of
education and experience can be substituted.

A specific task embedded within a larger Process.
This sequence of actions could Be described in more detail.

Manual Loop

Indicates a sequence of commands that
That will continue to repeat until stopped Manually.

Loop Limit

Indicates the point at which a loop Should stop.

Date storage

Indicates a stop where date gets stored.

Database

Indicates a list of information with a Standard structure that
allows for Searching and sorting.

Indicates a stop that displays information
