BACKGROUND OF SUGARBOMB


In 2015, the founders of Sugarbomb met in the UK and discussed the concept and future of this business. What originally produced only perfumes has since grown to produce other noteable goods like air fresheners, hand sanitizers and other good. The words "Sugar" and "Bomb" , which stand for the best in perfumery, are the source of the name SugarBomb. Together, they stand for "sweet fragrance" that will blow the perfume industry. SugarBomb employs over 200 talented people at its headquarters in Klang and its factory in Meru, Klang, which has grown from a small home workshop to a sizable 3-arce facilities.

Don't be shy about asking Sugarbomb superiors if you don't understand how to start selling Sugarbomb fragrance products. -Don't forget about promoting social media every day in its own way, which is six times a day in a week, with content about Sugarbomb products such as posting stock of sugarbomb fragrance products, sharing feedback from customers, and posting pictures and videos of sugarbomb products, including motivational words. Mdm. Lily is disciplined in taking care of capital with the concept of "MU," which is capital and profit. Therefore, video content itself is the best because it can improve creative skills in product marketing. What Is Job Stress? Job stress can be defined as the harmful physical and emotional responses that occur when the requirements of the job do not match the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker. Job stress can lead to poor health and even injury. 1. Lack of communication/no feedback Mdm. Lily said that the workers at Sugarbomb often have communication problems. Employees like to keep quiet and don't want to talk when asked. This problem caused them to be unable to attract customers to buy products at the Sugarbomb store. 2. Lack of knowledge Mdm. Lily said that employees at Sugarbomb suffer from a lack of knowledge about Sugarbomb products. Some workers still do not know the type of products sold, the ingredients and how to make the products and much more. This will make it difficult for buyers to choose the product.


4. Product delivery problem. In the past, they only sold the products on a small scale and did not use the available platforms to market their products. Mdm. Lily also often feels afraid when sending products purchased by customers, especially when exporting long-distance products. Often they experience problems in delivering goods to customers such as broken product bottles, stolen, missing from the radar so that the product does not reach the hands of the customer who bought it. This problem results in losses for them. 5. Lack of customers. During the covid-19 outbreak season in Sarawak, they have experienced a lot of loss problems. The profits during that season were so bad that it was difficult to pay the rent of the shop, and the wages of the workers. Nevertheless, Puan Lily remained patient and did not give up to market their products for the sake of children. 3. Competition from other stores. Mdm. Lily told that their store has many competitors. This competition refers to price, product quality, brand and marketing techniques. She stated that this problem has become a habit for those who venture into business. Sometimes profits go up and down every day and month. But they remained patient and believed in God's provision.
