Snowy Trouble

Once there was a little snowman family. In the family, there
was Sophie snowman, the littlest kid in the snowman family
and her little brother Luke. They lived with their parents in a
snow house off Snow Plummet Lane.

One day Sophie and Luke decided they wanted to go
outside in the freezing snow. A little earlier Mama snowman
said it was too cold to go in the snow. It was so cold that if
they went outside they would get super numb. They would
have to go to the hospital. Sophie said, “Come on Luke,
don’t worry Mama was probably kidding”. “I don’t think so,”
warned Luke. Mama snowman was not kidding. Mama
snowman was honest and she never kidded.
When they got outside Sophie immediately went numb.
Sophie did not want to go inside just because she went
numb. They had fun but soon Sophie forgot she had a body.
She saw her fingers but she could not feel them.
Immediately Sophie went inside and told Mama she felt num.
Mama said, “Why Sophie I thought I told you and Luke not to
go outside”. “But Mama I am a curious little girl,” replied
Sophie.

Mama snowman called the baby sitter for Luke and she
came right over. Mama snowman called Dr.Icey to find out
what they needed to do. 20 min later… “Come on Sophie
were going to Dr.Icey’s office,” stated Mama snowman.

When they got to Dr.Icey’s office, Dr.Icey sent them straight
to the numb center. The numb center is where there is part
of the hospital that treats people that are really numb. When
they got to the numb center, they saw Dr.Icey They put a
warmed up blanket on Sophie’s body.30 min later…Sophie
said, “Dr.Icey I feel less numb”. “Well than my little patient
take off the blanket,” answered Dr.Icey. As a reward for
being so brave, Sophie got to keep the blanket. Dr.Icey told
Mama snowman that just make sure that she does not get
num. He gave Mama Snowman a bottle of Numb cream and
told her to use it after playing in the snow and 2 times
per-day.

When Sophie got home, she immediately went inside. Out of
nowhere Luke popped out and said “Sophie, Sophie are you
all better”. “Yes, Luke I am,” replied Sophie. “Sophie, Luke
time for dinner” called Mama snowman. “What are we
having?” asked Sophie and Luke. Mama snowman said they
were having Chicken snowball rice soup. Sophie and Luke
complained. Mama snowman told them that they were going
to have to eat it. Mama snowman told them she was not
going to change her mind. At the dinner table Mama
snowman told Papa snowman about the doctor office trip.
Sophie explained to her daddy that she was a curious girl
and that is why she went out in the snow.

After dinner…It was time for Sophie and Luke’s bed time.
Papa snowman carried them both up to bed. The next day…
Luke got up and got dressed to go in the snow. Mama
snowman said it was too cold to go out side but Luke went
outside anyway. Luke ran inside and said “Mama I can’t feel
my body.” So Mama snowman went to get the numb cream
and put it on Luke.
