Dear team,
2019 is almost at an end. As with every year end, this is
our final leg to make this year successful both in our
personal and professional lives.
In business there will always be ups and downs, that is a
given. As an entrepreneur risks are part of my life and we
have taken risks this year as well. The Commercial Vehi-
cles industry as a whole has suffered and we gave taken
our fair share of the hit.

Since our last newsletter you would have seen that
despite these difficult times, the two-day holiday is still
our way of work with only one Saturday every month
remaining open for month-end consolidation despite
the industry not doing the same. Culture is something to
be invested in, and we are committed to continue this
practice despite hard times.

We have nonetheless tried to intensifysz our focus and
investments in skill development and making the office a
better place for everyone to work. You will have noticed
that we have increased training and development
extensively across the board through handpicked train-
ings conducted through our own internal resources as
well as through external experts. A new way of work
through software integration of systems and processes is
also underway and I strongly urge you to acclimatize
yourselves with this so we can streamline the business to
take decisions faster.

To ensure a future proof business, we are continuing to
make changes for the better hence we have probably
been able to manage these difficult times better than
competition. A big part of our journey would be your
own personal skill development. Please invest more time
to learning and improving your performance. In a highly
competitive world that is what will be key for your profes-
sional and personal growth.
One exciting news for all Rangs employees is that we are
opening our very own employee gym soon. The entire
Rangs Group and Rancon have come together to help
set this gym up. Health is critical and work-life balance is
paramount, so make sure you have gym clothes ready
and work hard in the gym and the office to finish this
year on a high and make yourself proud!

can, to see for myself what life at RANGS is like. I
would like to thank the Team for all their hard work
over the last few difficult months – and for their warm
welcome.
I know that working here at RANGS has been tough
lately, but I also know that you all are working incred-
ibly hard and hope that you will continue to provide
outstanding service going forward.

My area of focus from day one is to work with you to
improve our finances, address service quality issues
and make sure that we as a TEAM are more efficient
and effective. These three areas are all critical to our
future. There is a lot we can do internally to get our
house in order, but we must also work collaboratively
with our stakeholders to make things better. I am
confident that, with your continued dedication, we
can deliver our plans systematically and sensibly to
address the issues we face.

organized a grand Customer Meet program in 20 districts
named “Bolero Number 1 pick-up Bijoyer Ashor”.
Presidents of Pick-up owner association, owners, drivers,
competitor customers, brokers, influencers & existing
customers were there in the program. The program com-
prised with Corporate presentation, Product feature
presentation, Product unveiling, Quiz on product knowl-
edge, Game, Health checkup, Cultural program, Raffle
draw followed by dinner. Through this program, we got
tremendous response from customers on Bolero products
which ensured spot booking on the venue. Service and
spare parts concern were also present on each locations
to provide service and spare parts related information
and suggestions to customers.






















In order to create more brand awareness, increase market share and boost up sales of Maxxi-

Group took a great initiative.

From our previous Newsletter we already have
an idea about Customer Centricity. Those 17

employees from the group who were trained by
KASSH Consulancy from India had started their
journey throughout the country to train people
by sharing their knowledge on Customer Cen-
tricity. Till today 4 two day sessions were con-
ducted. It was started with the Eicher collection
team in the Head Office. After two successful

sessions another two training sessions were con-
ducted in Chattogram & Khulna. The objective is
to continue until the last employee is trained in
the company.
