Course ppk335 language and communication disorders taught by dr low. This course give students knowledge about language and communication problems, language development of children with language problems, recognition methods determine and analyze language and communication problems, and the theory and treatment of which suitable for helping children with language and communication problems to acquire communication and language skills as well as teaching techniques appropriate. i like the way dr low teaches. It's easier to understand. I like the way she shares about her opinion about some of the topics that are relevant to our course. As usual 40% is assignment while 60% is exam. For this course, Dr. Low asked us to interview a child aged 0 to 36 months to identify the early stages of the child's language development. From the interview, we need to prepare a report about the child's language development and suggestions to improve the child's language development, improve the child's communication or vocabulary. From this assgniment, i learn more and very useful experince.


Course pgt303 introduction to research and action research. The first part consists of components which gives students an understanding of the basic concept of conducting research. The course content in this section covers knowledge of conceptsthe basis of research, its types and methodology, research process, methods both qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, the concept of enabling change, sampling techniques, construction of measurement tools and data analysis easily discussed. The second part is related to action research: philosophy, concept and the importance of action research will be refined. This course requires students to think about an issue/problem raised in class. From the problem or issue, we need to find a solution to solve the problem in the class. For the presentation, we need to produce a poster for our all progress research. 50% mark from exam. To be honest, this course very difficult and very challenging. but we are done after cooperation in groups.


pgt436E information and communication technology in education taugh by dr Roz and PROFESSOR MADYA DR. AZIDAH. This course aims to prepare students to master various technological tools relevant and effective interactive and pedagogic information and communication across curriculum. The design and development of all materials are based on application of the teaching design system and creative teaching design and innovative. Emphasis will be given to the constructivist learning approach using interactive technology. This course are fully coursework, so no exam for this course. This course very intersting because dr will request us to use a lot of apps/website that before that i never use it. Every week we have a task that need to submit by group or individual. Sometimes, it really useful and meaningful because it help us to use this website /apps in our teaching materials during our become a teacher. As a future teacher, using teachnology is very importance nowadays.

Among the main concepts discussed include morphemes and words (allomorphs, morphs, simple words, complex words, lexemes, root words, base words, inflectional morphemes, morphemes derivation etc.); word categories and recognition criteria (lexical categories & non-lexical categories, particles, and clitics), lexical meaning and cognitive meaning; morphological processes (addition, pluralization, reduplication and clitics) and other word formation mechanisms; and hierarchies of word constructions.
