your loved ones with a variety of daily activities such as:
Caring companionship; meal planning and preparation;
incidental transportation; running errands; light housekeeping;

Our personalized and affordable services are available 7 days a

live-in care.
For many people, growing older means:
• A loss of health and mobility and increasing isolation because
of these losses.
• The inability to keep up with chores around the house and the
loss of spirit and pride that comes from not being able to keep
up.
• The necessity to rely on family for support and the guilt and
helplessness that comes from having to rely on those that
once relied on and looked up to you.
• Stress and strain on you and your loved ones as they struggle
to assist you.
• Heartbreaking family experiences which are fraught with anger,
guilt, stress and strain.
• Hard decisions that involve changing how and where you live.
• An eventual loss of independence and with it the ability to do
the things that are pleasing to you.
• A loss of friends and possessions which mean the world to you.
• Environments that are emotionally uncomfortable and lonely.
• An existence increasingly without purpose.
Don’t let this happen to you
or your loved ones!
There is a better way.
OUR CLIENTS INCLUDE:
Seniors and the chronically disabled who aren’t ready to leave
their home for an institutional setting or who live with relatives,

Our caring service makes it possible for the elderly to
maintain as much independence as possible, by
providing the appropriate in-home assistance and
companionship. In that way, we lift spirits, not only of
the elderly, but of the family caregivers.

OUR STORY...
With a reputation for leadership in the caregiving industry,
Richard Kuehn has more than three decades of experience in
corporate leadership and finance, communications, accounting,
legal, employee development and elder care.
Nursing his grandmother back to health in 2006 rekindled
Richard’s early memories of success as an employee of an
assisted living center. Then and now he came to the same
realization: “Seniors can safely stay in their homes and enjoy
quality lives. What they need is the right help, encouragement,
care, exercise, and most importantly, love.”
In his understated way, Richard says, “If I can help a few
people put a smile on their face, I’ve done something.” Likely it
will be more than a few smiles. Richard’s goal is to stand up for
the needs of the elderly as their advocate in Washington, DC.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS:
“Family inHome Caregiving of Monterey had supplied 24-hour
caregivers to my dear friend and neighbor for approximately the
last five years. Matching personalities and demeanor of caregiver
to client is an art and a challenge... The last three years saw a
wonderful rotation of caregivers who were caring, thoughtful and
who meshed well with Georgia’s personality.”
~Carlyn Boggan, Pacific Gove
“We discovered Family inHome Caregiving by way of discharge
planning nurses and a local seniors’ organization. I really do not
know how I would have managed without Richard and his care
staff. Richard is always available and takes time to listen. He
cares that my husband is making progress and that I am OK too.
We have found that having someone dependable, skilled and
easily available has been extremely helpful to both of us, and
more comforting than we can say.”
~Mr. & Mrs. A. Holzer, Carmel
“My husband suffers from Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Dementia.
He weighs 230 lbs and I cannot lift him nor move him on my own.
Richard is very professional and efficient and at the same time is
very caring. He also is full of good advice, and I have learned a lot
through his website!”
~Marie-France de Sibert, Monterey
“...I wish to add that in my experience, the attention to detail,
compassion, and accomplishment of service were beyond
excellent. Your selection of Kristina as the caregiver for RJ was
perfect in every regard.”
~Fred & Susan Schwantes, Pacific Grove
“We want to thank you all for being what you say you are and
doing what you say you do, with incredible professionalism,
especially from the administrative facet of your company and also
for always being available to us in our time of need, ALWAYS
being available.”
~David & Peggy Sterling, Hailey, Idaho
