RULES OF SHOW 1. All persons entering the Showground do so at their own risk. The Committee do not accept responsibility for any ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, INJURY OR ILLNESS TO SPECTATORS, COMPETITORS, PROPERTY, HORSES, LIVESTOCK or OWNERS whatsoever. 2. The Committee reserve the right to accept or refuse any entry. 3. Local Classes are confined to competitors residing within 4 miles of the Show Field. 4. All Marquee Exhibits must be staged no later than 11.45 am on the morning of the Show at which time the Marquee will be closed to all except Judges and those appointed by the Committee. This time will be strictly adhered to. 5. The Committee reserves the right to inspect an Exhibitor's Garden 3 days previous to or 3 days after the Show to ensure that all produce is/was grown by an Exhibitor. 6. SHEEP – In accordance with current DEFRA regulations which at time of going to print – Movement documents will be required TO AND FROM the show. Beulah Show CPH number is 52/012/8001. 7. All livestock vehicles that are unclean will be refused entry to the Show Field. 8. All Exhibits in Stock Sections must be the property of the Exhibitor, at least 3 months prior to the Show. 9. In any class, in the event of a tie on points the number of first, second and third prizes will be taken into account. Should there still be a draw, the Judge's decision will be final. 10. Any objection must be in the hands of the Secretaries before 7.00 pm on the day of the Show, accompanied by a deposit of £5.00. 11. RULES AND CONDITIONS for JUMPING AND GYMKAHNA SECTION PLEASE NOTE:- Gymkhana and Show Jumping rings MUST be Cleared by 3.30pm • A class can not be held up by competitors entered in both Show and Gymkhana classes • To be judged with reference to British Riding Club Rules • Riders Age on day of the Show • Riders 8 years and under may be led but only assistance to mount/dismount is allowed • Horses/Ponies MUST be 4 years old and over • The Judges decision is final in all matters • All riders whether competing or not must wear protective headwear with a harness properly adjusted and fastened at all times. Hats must be of PAS 015 2011 or EN1384 standard. • The right is reserved to alter or cancel all or any part of this programme. • Lunging is not permitted • Show Jumping competitors must warm up in the designated area.
