1. Incentive Programme for all Business Partners (Distributors and Preferred Customers).

2. The start in the Programme is counted individually for every participant from the month in
which he/she obtains at least 400 or 800 or 1,200 Personal Points.

3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the
Programme according to the rules of the Programme. Personal Points earned on Additional
Numbers do not accumulate towards the main Business Partner number Personal Points.

4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of the
Marketing Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.

5. The chance to purchase the special offer is granted to the participants in the month directly
following the month in which all the conditions of the Programme are fulfilled.

6. Business Partners are not required to purchase all the promotional Pure Collection bottles
due. They can purchase e.g. only 1 bottle.

7. Business Partners are not required to purchase all the promotional Pure collection bottles
due in a single purchase. They can purchase e.g. 1 bottle on one day, the second bottle on the
fourth day etc. provided that all the purchases are made within the month when the Business
Partner can take advantage of the special offer.

which Business Partners joined FM World UK - further known as First Month.

3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in
the Programme according to the rules of the Programme. Personal Points earned on
Additional Numbers do not accumulate towards the main Business Partner number
Personal Points.

4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of
the Marketing Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.

5. At least 100 Personal Points need to be gathered each Target Month during the
Programme.

6. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business
Partners’ total point turnover in Target Month (the 60/40 Rule).

7. At each Target Level required Points are: 15% - 12,000, 21% - 30,000.

8. The Effectiveness Level reached in the First Month does not affect any of the future
rewards and have no impact on the pace of the participation in the Programme.

9. Reaching higher Effectiveness Level then required each month during participation
in the Programme or gathering multiple amounts of the required Points does NOT
qualify Business Partner for multiple Rewards.

10. Business Partners can claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Third Month
(Fast Start Target Level) if they have been rewarded already for reaching 15% Level in
the Second Month.

11. Business Partners can claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Fifth
Month (Second Chance Target Level) if they have been rewarded already for reaching
15% Level in the Third Month and achieved at least 15% Level in the Fourth Month.

12. Participation in the Fast Start Target Level does disqualify Business Partners from
taking part in the Second Chance Target Level.

13. The Reward will be granted in the following month of reaching the required Target
Level and will be granted in the form of commission or a discount. Only Business
Partners whose FM accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in the
Programme.

14. Participation in the Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking
part in other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK.

15. If you have qualified for the Incentive Programme we may review your activities until
the 12th day of the month directly following the month in which all the conditions of
the Programme have been fulfilled.

Recruit a New Business Partner by promoting possibility of buying FM World Products at a
wholesale price (up to 30% less of the Catalogue’s price) and earn EXTRA COMMISSION if they
place their FIRST ORDER with certain number of points in their Registration Month*.

*The points must be purchased in the Registration Month, which is the calendar month of their
Membership with FM World UK, for example if your Recruit becomes a Business Partner on
January 7th or January 30th, their FIRST ORDER must be placed in January.

2. The start in the Programme is counted individually for every Recruit from the day they

become FM World UK Business Partner (i.e. they confirm the activation link and are issued
their own and unique Business Partner ID Number - (not from the day you receive your

3. New Business Partner needs to place the first order by the end of their Registration Month

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. To recieve Additional Renumeration/Trade Discount, the Referer needs to sign up to the programme on the
Back Office under the section INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES.

2. You can recieve Global Village Bonus and Global Village Extra Bonus only if you recruit new Buisnes Partners
from the Zones and Branches other then yours.

3. In the program, we do not take into account drops (when you get a bonus for e.g. 9%, then BP will drop to 6%,
and in the next 2 months it will reach 12% - you will get a bonus for 12%).

4. We will pay you additional remuneration with a monthly shift.

5. The required number of points is the total of all orders placed by the Business Partner during
the particular stage of participation in the Programme. Gathering
requir ed points does NOT qualify Business Partner for multiple multiplie amounts of the

6. The required point value needs to be obtained in 100% by purchases made directly from FM
World.

7. The value of the Voucher is based on the products with the Regular Business Partner
Price only, Sets and special offers are not included.

8. The Voucher has no point value.

9. The Voucher can be daimed by Business Partners in the month directly following the month
when all conditions of the Programme are fulfilled, but not later than on the 30th day after
obtaining the qualification. After 30 days the Voucher will no longer be valid. The Voucher will be
automatically added ta the Business Partners account. The value of the voucher is based on the
Regular Business Price of the products (subject to the current Price List) and there are no points
issued for the voucher claimed.

We introduced the rule of ”multiple levels” to the Programme so that you can get Extra
Commission even faster.
The rule of ”multiple levels” can allow you to count one month towards overall calculations even
five times in certain cases.

1. Incentive Programme for Business Partners who reached 0%-18% Effectiveness Level and joined
FM World UK before 1st January 2023.

2. Base month for Business Partners who joined FM World UK on or before 31st October 2022 is October
2022.

3. Base month for Business Partners who joined FM World UK after October 2022 but before 1st January
2023 will be the month of their joining FM World UK (November 2022 or December 2022).

4. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the Programme
according to the rules of the Programme. Personal Points earned on Additional Numbers do not
accumulate towards the main Business Partner number Personal Points.

5. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of the Marketing
Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.

6. Business Partners - Preferred Customers cannot participate in this Programme.
7. Business Partners have to reach a minimum of one higher Effectiveness Level than they have reached

in the base month.
8. Business Partners need to maintain the Target Level for two consecutive calendar months (the Target

Level needs to be maintained for three months in a row in total).
9. If Business Partners do not maintain the Target Level, they cannot claim the Reward for the Target Level

reached.
10. Business Partners can only qualify for the Target Level once. If Business Partners do not maintain the

Target Level they cannot claim the Reward for the same Target Level in the future (even if they qualify).
11. The participants of the Programme need to obtain monthly 150 Personal Points from the start of

participation in the Programme until its ending by the participant.
12. The Reward is allocated to one ID number qualifying for the Reward. If there is more than one name on

one ID number there can only be one person chosen to get the Reward. (In case of a limited company
the Reward goes to one of the directors.)
13. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business Partners’ total
point turnover of the Business Partner in target month or in months of maintaining the Target Level.
14. The Reward will be granted to the participants in the month directly following the month when all the
conditions of the Programme are fulfilled.
15. The Reward is granted in the form of commission or discount.
16. Only Business Partners whose FM Accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in the
Programme.
17. Business Partners cannot claim Extra Commission for the Effectiveness Levels they’ve already qualified
to any previous editions of the “Stairway to Success” Incentive Programme.
18. Participation in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in other Incentive
Programmes run by FM World UK, however, Business Partners who already qualified in any edition of the
“Fast Start” Incentive Programme are excluded from the “Stairway to Success” 2023 edition Incentive
Programme.
19. If you have qualified for the Incentive Programme we may review your activities until the 12th day of the
month directly following the month in which all the conditions of the Programme have been fulfilled.

2. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the
Programme according to the Terms and Conditions of this Incentive Programme. Qualification
applies to maximum of 3 Additional Numbers.

3. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over according to the Marketing
Plan cannot participate in this Incentive Programme.

4. The required point value in each downline can be obtained by purchases made in any of the
FM World branch in the world.

5. Minimum qualifying purchase of 100.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to
get the Super Bonus of £500.

6. Super Bonus of £500 will be paid out as a commission or in form of a discount with the
purchase of FM World Products.

7. Super Bonus of £500 will be paid in the second consecutive month following the month when
Business Partner met all the qualifying Terms and Conditions, for example: Business Partner
reached the required qualifying Level of 21% on 28th February 2023, the Super Bonus will be
paid out in April 2023 (until 16th of April 2023) where the List of “Welcome Home” Incentive

• Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in one following consecutive month the Level
of 21% and fulfil the remaining conditions of participation in the Programme.

• Minimum qualifying order of 150.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to get the
commission.

• The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the total point turnover of the
Business Partner in the target month as well as in months of maintaining the Target Level. This concerns
Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level of 21% (see: example of rule 60/40).

• Business Partner needs to have at least 40,000* Group Points coming from the FM World.

For a Pearl Orchid:

• Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in one following consecutive month the Level
of Pearl Orchid and fulfil the remaining conditions of participation in the Programme. Minimum
qualifying order of 150.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to get the commission.

• These Points must be obtained from the UK office.
• Business Partner needs to have at least 80,000* Group Points coming from the FM World.

For an Amaranth Orchid:

• Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in one following consecutive month the Level
of Amaranth Orchid and fulfil the remaining conditions of participation in the Programme.

• Minimum qualifying order of 150.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to get the
commission. These Points must be obtained from the UK office.

• Business Partner needs to have at least 90,000* Group Points coming from the FM World.

For a Golden Orchid:

• Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in one following consecutive month the Level
of Golden Orchid and fulfil the remaining conditions of participation in the Programme.

• Minimum qualifying order of 150.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to get the
commission. These Points must be obtained from the UK office.

• Business Partner needs to have at least 120,000* Group Points coming from the FM World.

For a Diamond Orchid:

• Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat) in one following consecutive month the Level
