2. The start in the Programme is counted individually for every participant from the day of
joining FM World USA i.e. from the moment when the member’s details are processed in
the FM WORLD data base (not from the day you receive your welcoming email).

3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in
the Programme according to the rules of the Programme. Points earned on Additional
Numbers do not accumulate towards the main number.

4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of the
Marketing Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.

5. Business Partners can participate in the Programme only within the first 10 days since
joining FM World USA.

6. Business Partners are not required to buy all promotional products in a single purchase;
they can buy e.g. 1st product on one day, 2nd product on the fourth day, etc.

7. Business Partners are not required to buy all promotional products; they can buy e.g.
2 products in total.

8. 31st December is the last day when Business Partners can purchase the promotional
products.

9. Promotional products from Pure Royal Collection (50ml) have the price and point value

3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in

the Programme according to the rules of the Programme. Points earned on Additional
Numbers do not accumulate towards the main number.
4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of
the Marketing Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.
5. At least 100 Personal Points need to be gathered each Target Month during the
Programme. These Points need to be purchased directly from FM World USA.
6. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business
Partners’ total point turnover in Target Month (the 60/40 Rule).
7. At each Target Level required USA Points are: 15% - 12,000, 21% - 30,000.
8. The Effectiveness Level reached in the First Month does not affect any of the future
rewards and have no impact on the pace of the participation in the Programme.
9. Reaching higher Effectiveness Level then required each month during participation
in the Programme or gathering multiple amounts of the required Points does NOT
qualify Business Partner for multiple Rewards.
10. The required point value at each Target Level needs to be obtained in 100% by
purchases made directly from FM World USA.
11. Business Partners cannot claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Third
Month (Fast Start Target Level) if they don’t reach at least 15% Level in the Second
Month.
12. Business Partners cannot claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Fifth
Month (Second Chance Target Level) if they don’t reach at least 15% Level in the Third
and Fourth Month.
13. Participation in the Fast Start Target Level does disqualify Business Partners from
taking part in the Second Chance Target Level.
14. The Reward will be granted in the following month of reaching the required Target
Level and will be granted in the form of commission or a discount. Only Business
Partners whose FM accounts are operated by FM World USA can participate in the
Programme.
15. Participation in the Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking
part in other Incentive Programmes run by FM World USA.

Voucher.
5. The required number of points is the total of all orders placed by the Business Partner
during the particular stage of participation in the Programme. Gathering multiple
amounts of the required points does NOT qualify Business Partner for multiple
Vouchers.
6. The required point value needs to be obtained in 100% by purchases made directly
from FM World UUSKA.
7. The value of the Voucher is based on the products with the Regular Business Partner
Price only, Sets and special offers are not included.
8. The Voucher has no point value.
9. The Voucher can be claimed by Business Partners in the month directly following the
month when all conditions of the Programme are fulfilled, but not later than on the
30th day after obtaining the qualification. After 30 days the Voucher will no longer
be valid. Business Partners need to claim the Voucher and list the chosen FM World

Products by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. To claim your Reward,
please send us an e-mail to: [email protected] with your choice of names

and codes FM Products and their quantity. The value of the voucher is based on the
Regular Business Price of the products (subject to the current Price List) and there are
no points issued for the voucher claimed.
10. To speed up the process of dispatching your Reward, please double check if all

1. The Incentive Programme is designed for Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level
of 21%, Pearl Orchid and Amaranth Orchid.

2. Base month for Business Partners is September 2019. To get the Super Bonus the Business
Partner has to achieve a Group Points turnover of their Base Month at least and fulfil all the
conditions listed in the Terms and Conditions.

3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the
Programme according to the Terms and Conditions of this Incentive Programme. Qualification
applies to maximum of 3 Additional Numbers.

4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over according to the Marketing
Plan cannot participate in this Incentive Programme.

5. The required point value in each downline can be obtained by purchases made in any of the
FM World branch in the world.

6. Minimum qualifying purchase of 100.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to
get the Super Bonus of 500 EURO.

7. Super Bonus of 500 EURO will be paid out as a commission or in form of a discount with the
purchase of FM World Products.

8. Super Bonus of 500 EURO will be paid in the second consecutive month following the month
when Business Partner met all the qualifying Terms and Conditions, for example: Business
Partner reached the required qualifying Level of 21% on 28th February 2020, the Super Bonus
will be paid out in April 2020 (until 16th of April 2020) where the List of “Welcome Home”
Incentive Programme Laureates from February 2020 will be announced in April 2020 via e-mail.

9. Business Partners do not need to conclude a separate agreement for participation in the
Programme.

10. Participating in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in

MULTIPLE LEVELS RULE:

We introduced the rule of ”multiple levels” to the Programme so that you can get Extra
Commission even faster.
The rule of ”multiple levels” can allow you to count one month towards overall calculations even
five times in certain cases.

It means that you reached 9% Level three times in a row so in July you get $70 and because

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Incentive Programme for Business Partners who reached 0%-21% Effectiveness Level

2. Business Partners working on Addittional Numbers can participate in the program
according to the rules of the program. Points earned on Additional Numbers, do not accumulate
towards the main number.

3. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of the
Marketing Plan are excluded from participating in the program

4. Business Partners-Preferred Customers cannot participate in this program

5. Business Partners need to maintain the Target Level for two consecutive calendar months (the Target
Level needs to be maintained for three months in a row in total).

6. If Business Partners do not maintain the Target Level, they cannot claim the Reward for the Target Level
reached.

7. Business Partners can only qualify for the Target Level once. If Business Partners do not maintain the
Target Level they cannot claim the Reward for the same Target Level in the future (even if they qualify).

8. In every month of reaching and maintaining the Target Level, Business Partners need to obtain at least
80% of monthly point turnover that directly from FM World USA.

9. The participants of the Programme need to obtain monthly 150 Personal Points from the start of
participation in the Programme until its ending by the participant. These points need to be purchased
directly from FM World USA.

10. Reward is allocated to one ID number qualifying for the Reward. If there is more than one name on one
ID number there can only be one person chosen to get the Reward. (In case of a limited company the
Reward goes to one of the directors.)

11. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business Partners’ total
point turnover of the Business Partner in target month or in months of maintaining the Target Level.

12. The Reward will be granted to the participants in the month directly following the month when all the
conditions of the Programme are fulfilled.

13. The Reward is granted in the form of commission or discount.
14. Only Business Partners whose FM Accounts are operated by FM World USA can participate in the

Program.
15. Business Partners cannot claim Extra Commission for the Effectiveness Levels they’ve already qualified

to any previous editions of the “Stairway to Success” Incentive Programme.
16. Participation in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in other Incentive

Programmes run by FM World USA however Business Partners who already qualified in any edition of the
"Fast Start” Incentive Programme are excluded from the “Stairway to Success” 2020 edition Incentive
