If you join FM WORLD UK in January 2018 and in your Second Month in the business you reach
15% Level and fulfil all the extra conditions you will receive Extra Commission of £400. If in the
next consecutive month (Third Month) you reach 21% Level and fulfill all the extra conditions you
will receive Extra Commission of £800. You can grab £1,200 in total!

If you join FM WORLD UK in January 2018 and in your Third Month in the business you reach 15%
Level and fulfill all the extra conditions you will receive Extra Commission of £200. If in the Fifth
Month in the business you reach 21% Level and fulfill all the extra conditions you will receive Extra
Commission of £400. You can grab £600 in total!

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Incentive Programme for all Business Partners who have joined FM World UK in 2018.
2. The start in the Programme is counted individually for every participant. It is the month

which Business Partners joined FM World UK - further known as First Month.
3. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate

in the Programme. Points earned on Additional Numbers do not accumulate towards
the main number.
4. At least 100 Personal Points need to be gathered each Target Month during the
Programme. These Points need to be purchased directly from FM World UK.
5. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business
Partners’ total point turnover in Target Month (the 60/40 Rule).
6. At each Target Level required UK Points are: 15% - 12,000, 21% - 30,000.
7. The Effectiveness Level reached in the First Month does not affect any of the future
rewards and have no impact on the pace of the participation in the Programme.
8. Reaching higher Effectiveness Level than required each month during participation
in the Programme or gathering multiple amounts of the required Points does NOT
qualify Business Partner for multiple Rewards.
9. The required point value at each Target Level needs to be obtained in 100% by
purchases made directly from FM World UK.
10. Business Partners cannot claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Third
Month (Fast Start Target Level) if they don’t reach at least 15% Level in the Second
Month.
11. Business Partners cannot claim the Cash Reward for reaching 21% Level in the Fifth
Month (Second Chance Target Level) if they don’t reach at least 15% Level in the Third
and Fourth Month.
12. The Reward will be granted in the following month of reaching the required Target
Level and will be granted in the form of commission or a discount. Only Business
Partners whose FM accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in the
Programme.
13. Participation in the Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking
part in other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK.

2. The start in the Programme is counted individually for every participant from the day of
joining FM World UK i.e. from the moment when the member’s details are processed in the
FM WORLD data base (not from the day you receive your welcoming email).

3. Business Partners on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the
Programme according to the rules of the Programme.

4. Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken over on the grounds of the
Marketing Plan are excluded from participation in the Programme.

5. Business Partners can participate in the Programme only within the first 10 days since
joining FM World UK.

6. Business Partners are not required to buy all promotional products in a single purchase; they
can buy e.g. 1st product on one day, 2nd product on the fourth day, etc.

7. Business Partners are not required to buy all promotional products; they can buy e.g. 2
products in total.

8. 31st December is the last day when Business Partners can purchase the promotional
products.

Marketing Plan and Business Partnership Agreement can participate in the Programme.
5. The chance to purchase the special offer is granted to the participants in the month directly

following the month in which all the conditions of the Programme are fulfilled.
6. Business Partners are not required to purchase all the promotional Pure Collection bottles

due. They can purchase e.g. only 1 bottle.
7. Business Partners are not required to purchase all the promotional Pure collection bottles

due in a single purchase. They can purchase e.g. 1 bottle on one day, the second bottle on
the fourth day etc. provided that all the purchases are made within the month when the
Business Partner can take advantage of the special offer.
8. Promotional products have their price and point value reduced by 30% of the regular price
and points.
9. 31st December 2018 is the last day when Business Partners can purchase the due products in
a promotional price.
10. The purchase for the required number of Personal Points does not need to be done in
a single transaction.
11. Business Partners who do not obtain at least 400 Personal Points in a particular month
cannot continue participation in the Programme even if the next month they obtain the
required number of points to qualify.
12. In every month of obtaining the required number of Personal Points, Business Partners need
to obtain 100% of these points for purchasing FM World Products directly from FM World
UK.
13. The special offer applies only to Pure Collection bottles (50ml) in a Regular Business Partner
Price £9.50.

1. Incentive Programme for all Business Partners (Distributors and Preferred Customers).
2. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the

Programme. Points earned on Additional Numbers do not accumulate towards the main
number.
3. At least 1,500 or 2,000 or 2,500 or 3,000 Personal Points need to be gathered for 5 months
in a row between January 2018 and November 2018 to be qualified for the Voucher.
4. The required number of points is the total of all orders placed by the Business Partner
during the particular stage of participation in the Programme. Gathering multiple amounts
of the required points does NOT qualify Business Partner for multiple Vouchers.
5. The required point value needs to be obtained in 100% by purchases made directly from FM
World UK.
6. The Incentive Reward has no point value.
7. The Voucher can be claimed by Business Partners in the month directly following the month
when all conditions of the Programme are fulfilled, but not later than on the 30th day since
obtaining the qualification. After 30 days the Voucher will no longer be valid. Business
Partners need to claim the Voucher and list the chosen FM World Products by sending an
email to [email protected].
8. The Reward will be granted to Business Partner for the highest maintained number of points
only.
9. Only Business Partners whose FM World accounts are operated by FM World UK can
participate in the Programme.
10. Participation in the Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in
other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK.

MULTIPLE LEVELS RULE:

We introduced the rule of ”multiple levels” to the Programme so that you can get Extra
Commission even faster.
The rule of ”multiple levels” can allow you to count one month towards overall calculations even
five times in certain cases.

See the example 

It means that you reached 9% Level three times in a row so in July you get £70 and because

2. Base month for Business Partners who joined FM World UK on or before 31st October 2017
is October 2017.

3. Base month for Business Partners who joined FM World UK after October 2017 but before
1st January 2018 will be the month of their joining FM World UK (November 2017 or
December 2017).

4. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers and Business Partner
Numbers taken over on the grounds of Marketing Plan and Business Partnership Agreement
can participate in the Programme.

5. Business Partners - Preferred Customers cannot participate in this Programme.
6. Business Partners have to reach a minimum of one higher Effectiveness Level than they have

reached in the base month.
7. Business Partners need to maintain the Target Level for two consecutive calendar months

(the Target Level needs to be maintained for three months in a row in total).
8. If Business Partners do not maintain the Target Level, they cannot claim the Reward for the

Target Level reached.
9. In every month of reaching and maintaining the Target Level, Business Partners need to

obtain at least 80% of monthly point turnover that directly from FM World UK.
10. The participants of the Programme need to obtain monthly 150 Personal Points from the

start of participation in the Programme until its ending by the participant. These points need
to be purchased directly from FM World UK.
11. Reward is allocated to one ID number qualifying for the Reward. If there is more than one
name on one ID number there can only be one person chosen to get the Reward. (In case of
a limited company the Reward goes to one of the directors.)
12. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the Business
Partners’ total point turnover of the Business Partner in target month or in months of
maintaining the Target Level.
13. The Reward will be granted to the participants in the month directly following the month
when all the conditions of the Programme are fulfilled.
14. The Reward is granted in the form of commission or discount.
15. Only Business Partners whose FM Accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in
the Programme.
16. Business Partners cannot claim Extra Commission for the Effectiveness Levels they’ve
already qualified in 2017’s edition of the Stairway to Success Incentive Programme.
17. Participation in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in
other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK however Business Partners who are still on
the ‘Train to 21%’ 2017 edition Incentive Programme are excluded from Stairway to Success
2018 edition.

1. Incentive Programme for Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level of 21%.
2. To qualify for the Programme, a Business Partner needs to reach and then maintain (repeat)

in two following consecutive months the Level of 21% and fullfil the remaining conditions of
participation in the Programme.
3. The base month is November 2017. Those who reached Pearl, Amaranth, Golden, Diamond
Orchid or any other Star in November 2017 or before, or have already qualified and drive a car
received from FM World UK, are excluded from this Programme, but can still participate in the
“With Mercedes For Success” Incentive Programme funded by FM World UK.
4. Business Partners working on Additional Business Partner Numbers can participate in the
Programme.
5. Preferred Customers and Business Partners working on Business Partner Numbers taken
over on the grounds of Terms and Conditions of Marketing Plan and Business Partnership
Agreement cannot participate in the Programme.
6. If a Business Partner does not maintain the Target Level he/she cannot claim the commission
intended for the payment of leasing instalments.
7. Business Partners who have qualified for the car in “Mercedes for Success” Incentive Programme
cannot pariticipate in “Become a Mobile Leader” Incentive Programme.
8. Minimum qualifying order of 100.00 Personal Points every month is required in order to get
the commission. These Points must be obtained from the UK office.
9. The main sponsor’s line (“main leg”) cannot constitute more than 60% of the total point
turnover of the Business Partner in the target month as well as in months of maintaining the
Target Level. This concerns Business Partners who reached Effectiveness Level of 21% (see:
example of rule 60/40).
10. Business Partner needs to have at least 40,000 Group Points coming from the FM WORLD
UK. It means the Points must come from products purchased from the FM World UK branch
but only 15,000 UK Points from each 21% leg in your team are allocated towards the qualifying
UK Points. It means you need to have at least 25,000 UK Points outside your main leg. If you
have two 21% legs you need to have at least 10,000 UK Points outside your two 21% legs. ( see
examples: calculating Points earned with FM World UK).
11. Reward is allocated to one ID number qualifying for the reward. If there is more than one
person on one ID number there can only be one person chosen to get the reward (in the
case of a limited company the reward goes to one of the directors). The reward cannot be
transferred to a third party.
12. A car will be leased on your own name for 3-5 years. If you keep the Level in the particular
month, the monthly rate for this car of £170 will be paid by FM World UK into your bank
account. If you do not reach the required Level we will not refund the monthly rate into your
bank account. The Business Partner pays all extra costs such as: car insurance, road tax, any
other fees. FM World UK reserves the right to choose the car dealer.
13. Reward cannot be exchanged into cash or any other reward.
14. FM World UK will pay a monthly rate of £170 for the car of your choice. If anyone wants to
upgrade the car to their own requirements they pay for any extras themselves.
15. Only Business Partners whose FM Accounts are operated by FM World UK can participate in
the Programme. This Incentive Programme is available for FM World UK Residents – Business
Partners who signed their contract with FM World UK and have their commission paid in the
UK (they do not have to live in the UK).
16. Participating in this Programme does not disqualify Business Partners from taking part in
other Incentive Programmes run by FM World UK except for “With Mercedes For Success”
Incentive Programme.
