She took care of everything we needed. The room was great and awesome views. The living room has a really cool blue light in the ceiling and a privacy door. Everything is walkable gym, grocery store and banks. Mildred’s house keeper is awesome too she cleaned the Apt weekly for us and did a awesome awesome job. It can be someone noisy Monday - Friday because the sounds of the city, everyone working, traffic and construction at times. But overall it’s still 5 star you can’t beat it. It was central to many restaurants in Piantini and there was a mall next door with a grocery store for anything you need during your stay. The apartment was exactly how the photos depicted and the unit was very clean! 2 parking spots right in front of the elevator for those driving. We loved our stay! Esther March 2023 Excellent ! There was always someone in the front of the building ready to welcome you with a smile and help in any way they can (even at 3am, when I arrived). The place itself was very comfortable with spectacular views. I enjoyed drinking my Santo Domingo coffee & writing on the balcony every morning and relaxing in the same spot late at night to end the day. The location was perfect as well, surrounded by malls and plenty of great restaurants nearby, like walking distance nearby! If you're looking for a place with a great location, that makes you feel like you're at home, with a caring host that's there for whatever you need, this is it. This apartment is next to plaza central and close to all other big malls in Piantini . It’s very easy to maneuver around Santo Domingo if you stay in this apartment. Mildred has a high sense of urgency. She’s always ready to assist you with everything. She almost spoke with me every day when I was in her apartment and also gave me some traveling guidance. Her assistant Francisco was just amazing. He made sure everything was alright with my stay. The security guards in this apartment are the best especially Enesto. Just don’t look elsewhere but go ahead and book this place and you will never regret it. I will definitely be here again and again anytime I’m in Santo Domingo.
