Through years of ministry leadership andglobal mission work, Dave and his wife,Carolyn, began to recognize a growing gap.Churches around the world had a deeppassion to reach the next generation—butoften lacked the training and tools to disciplechildren well. Too many children were comingto know Jesus, yet too few churches andleaders were equipped to help them grow intheir faith.What began as a burden grew into a calling:A Church for Every Child.A vision to equip leaders, expand the reach ofthe Gospel, and plant healthy, multiplyingchurches around the world.CLICK HERE TO SEEHOW ZIMZAM GOT STARTEDZimZam Global was formally established as anonprofit organization focused on equippingleaders and planting churches among allpeoples.The name ZimZam was born out of early ministrypartnerships in Zimbabwe and Zambia. During anoutreach trip, local leaders began referring to theteam as the “ZimZam Team,” a name that stayedand eventually became ZimZam Global.During this time, the first presentations andtraining modules began to take shape, formingthe foundation of what would become ZimZam’sChurch Planting Training model.Later that year, the ministry conducted its firstpilot Church Planting Training, laying thefoundation for what would become a multiplyingmovement around the world.TheVisionBegins2025 ANNUAL REPORT4
